Floors are filthy and looked like they hadn’t been washed in months. Everything is sticky – tables, chairs, benches. Place needs a serious cleaning. Gross!

Nice and clean location, workers were wiping down the walls (mirrors) as we came in.
Friendly staff. Their point system was down or they were switching over to a new system or something like that, but I got a punch discount card for my troubles.
Great selection of flavors and toppings, just like their other locations I’ve been to.
Ample parking and easy to get to.

My son and I stopped in to this froyo after some shopping. The person working in the store never came out from the back until the very end. We were looking to see if anyone was even working! No greeting, no how are you, no have a nice day. We love froyo but the service or lack there of leads me to give this store a 2.

I came to this location at 9:16 on a Thursday night when their hours state they are open until 10 I witnessed 2 employees walking out laughing. A busy summer night and the employees just close early? Better management needed

This place consistently closes about an hour before their website and sign says. Not even worth the trip seeing as they never seem to be open. They should really update their hours.

Woah Woah Woah… Don’t get me wrong… Froyoworld is da bomb… But i went tonight to satisfy my crave and they were all like «nah, we closin up»… Website says «yo we open till ‘leven clock» and I’m all like «yo it’s only 10, wtf mate?»

Your standard self-​serve frozen yogurt shop. One star off because the frozen yogurt was softer than I like, one star off because the entrance is confusing and I tried to use the wrong door, and an extra star for giving a portion of its profits that night to a local charity!

With the amount of froyo places constantly opening up in the area, FroyoWorld is definitely one of the better choices. I like this location far better than their New Haven location solely because there is ample parking and I don’t feel like a packed sardine. There’s actually plenty of seating and room to move around here, unlike their New Haven store. The flavors constantly change, however I only get their tarts (mango and pineapple are my flavors of choice) because I’m not a big sugary sweet person.
They have something for everyone. tons of flavors, lots of goodies to top it with, and the prices are fair. I prefer this DIY style froyo because I can control how much I get — I only want a spoonful of actual froyo, I’m here for the fresh fruit toppings!
Toppings are fresh, froyo is perfectly creamy, not super icy like some places.

Great product, wonderful ability to customize. It’s exceptionally clean. So why am I giving it only 2 stars? I honestly would like to give it more. But first, the price. OMFG did I miss something. $ 17.50 for 2 people. Second I know they call themselves a «lounge» but must the light flash non stop? If you were an epileptic you were induce a seizure! Lastly no water. Is that so hard to wash all the sweetness down?

I love FroyoWorld… of all the froyo establishments, they have the toppings that I love the most. Who doesn’t love Cap’n Crunch and Fruity Pebbles on cake batter yogurt??? We usually go to the Middletown location but stopped at the North Haven location on the way home from New Haven. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The toppings were fully stocked. And I was so happy to see that Unilocal gave me a 10% offer for checking in. Even better! Will definitely stop in here anytime I’m in the area and craving froyo.
PS if you use GPS you probably won’t find it. It’s in the plaza with Big Lots and Toys R Us, right next to the AT&T store.

I really enjoy their variety of different favors as well as their selection of toppings. Not to mention the environment is very laid back and sort of like an actual lounge, when I went there was a decent amount of people there and they played good music. The place was very clean and well kept. I wil be going back for sure.

I am a big fan of froyoworld in other locations and I just happened to be in the mood for it and in north haven at the same time. Surprise I found this place and stopped in for a sweet delight!
The place is smaller than the location in waterbury and in Hamden, but I wasn’t staying to eat it there so I wasn’t worried about the size lacking. The flavors are the same and so are the adjacent condiments, including the fresh fruit bar. I love the hot fudge and caramel!
Just a note for anyone who doesn’t realize how it works, it is weight based, and there are two cup sizes for your enjoyment. I usually end up getting more toppings than I do froyo, and always ask for a lid so I can keep my goodies fresh! Whenever I am in this area I will definitely frequent this location!

This place is great. Get as much as you want or as little as you want plus just about every topping you can think of. My kids love it as well.

I’ve been to many frozen yogurt stores, including the ones in California. This store is the best one! They have the full selection of flavors and toppings. They are awesome. The service is great and I feel at home while eating at the store. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place! Never tried Froyo world before, but was really impressed by the flavors of their frozen yogurt and various fresh toppings. My favorite flavors are strawberry tart and birthday cake, and the fruit toppings are of plenty choices! Their space is cute and clean, and the staff is super friendly. I wish froyo world would soon open stores in New York!

We stopped by yesterday after a visit to the nearby Target. I had recently gone to another Froyoworld (New Britain) and loved it so I wanted to check this one out and see if it was similar. I was craving the red velvet which this location didn’t have but instead it had:

— Chocolate

— Nut Butter
— Tiramisu
— Cinnamon Sugar Cookie
— Christmas Gingerbread
— Sugarfree Chocolate
— GreenApple Sorbet
Into my cup went the original tart, lychee tart, tiramisu and cinnamon sugar cookie. The first two were great, the latter two didn’t taste like a whole lot of anything. I topped the first two with fresh sliced strawberries, kiwi, and raspberry. The latter two flavors were topped with crushed oreos and graham cracker dust.
The toppings here are comparable to all other frozen yogurt spots that have popped up across the state. The fresh fruit was ripe and so good that I wondered if some of it had been sprinkled with sugar. More desserty toppings like cheesecake bites were also very good and the bottles of chocolate, caramel, strawberry, and other sauces were full and clean.
Ambience is similar to the other Froyoworld I have been to. Bright colors (teal walls) white chairs and tables. The bathroom was very clean. The service was very good and the employees were very friendly.

This location is nearly identical to the other franchise locations in Hamden and New Haven. Due to its new-​ness and location in a major shopping center, it is extremely popular. Not much to write about in terms of the froyo; it is what it is. The yogurt is merely a vessel for countless candy and fruit toppings in this DIY bar setting. Enjoy!
