Colton Eagle. Awesome name, awesome employee. He really hooked me up and was patient explaining things to me. He was attentive and after I flaked a few times he wasnt upset or anything. I love having switched over. It almost seemed too good to be true, My phone plan and everything is incredibly affordable. Im very happy as a customer.

I came into the store today and I have been very frusturated with a recent purchase on a G5. Nick was a great help he explained everything very clear and I walked out with a new phone. Nick set up my phone and I know how to use my phone excellently. Highly recommend to come speak to Nick.

Just purchase a new Samsung and boy did I have the best sales guy ever he was the bomb! I am very demanding and ask questions and he set up all my emails Twitter Facebook etc. everything I’m still bugging him now and asking him questions and he’s answering them all! its very difficult and frustrating to try at times to get resolve thru the telephone. many times have been frustrated by being put on hold, calls dropping after waiting etc. almost 1 year ago i had a problem which i could not resolve thru customer service. by going back again to albert tigranyan and his hard working crew once again he came thru with a promise to help as long as he is working at the store. thank you for your concern and treating me honestly and fairly-​so …t=mobile.give him a raise or promote him. share this with your ceo he needs to be aware of good things as opposed to negative feedback thru unhappy employees or competitors. the ethics of an american worker as ive been told is to work hard and you will be rewarded. i believe your ceo will agree as well as others who will step inside the store. (they validate parking.)

i was there to find a prices about pre-​paid cell phones, when nick cruz help me and ask me what was need, i explain him, he took the time to explain me everything about it. he check on the computer and he toll me i was already for over 4 years with pre –paid t-​mobile phone, he explain me about i qualify for a t-​mobile plan and give me the to many options i was have, my point is i never expect this kind of help, nick was very professional and nice he set me up with the new phone prices and was so happy thank you very much to all the stuff on this store everybody was very nice, albert tigranyan the manager was very nice and give tumbs up to nick for help me, i was notice the manager was help everyone, thank you guys, for sure every time i need something from t-​mobile i will come back to this store.

I literally wait here for no less then 45 minutes every time I walk through the door. Never more then 2 people on staff and there are at least 8 people waiting. Why haven’t I learned my lesson!

I wouldn’t give a a poor review maybe if what happen to me was just a one time thing but I went maybe 2 or 3 times and I had bad service. First time I went there I was trying to get an upgrade the associate that was helping me had been on the phone for about 20 minutes saying he had done the process for me, that would allow me to get my new phone. Unfortunately he told me I had to wait 72 hrs. to be able to get it. So I went home and returned in about 3 days. I got there there were hardly any people and was told I was to wait, I had no problem in waiting, the only thing annoying was the associate taking the names for the waiting list he had asked what phone I wanted. I told him, then he said that they did have it in stock so I waited more time. Just to find out when I was finally being helped that they didn’t have it in stock. When I asked what other locations had it available they weren’t even able to find a number right away to ask. –_​– So I went to a different location the next day to the store who did have it. I went there just so they can tell me the first associate never did anything for my upgrade. He never processed the information so I can get my new phone! So I had to do the whole account transfer process cause the first guy didn’t do anything this having to wait another 3 days! I felt bad for the girl who finally helped get the my phone cause she did the work and the previous guy who didn’t do anything for me got the credit at his store for his work… Not please all the times I went to this location.

After spending 30 min. On the phone with tmobile support i ended the call embarrassingly for over complicating my problem with my cell, i wasnt looking too forward into going to the tmobile store to explain in person look them in the eye while i annoyed them
Luckily i was helped by a dude named Nick, he was completely professional and extremely nice, in what i spent half an hour on the phone with customer support, Nick got me taken care of and understood my phone issue in less than 5 minutes, as i was rambling back in forth between 3 or 4 issues, he just kindly paused me and explained a few solutions, all which were right,
I have a hard time being organized explaining things, but this guy Nick must be clairvoyant because i was dreading explaining everything again, but i was happy with the customer service and the fact i was in and outta their in 5 min. ⁵⁄₅ would come back.

They should do a better job training their employees and truly understanding the reason a person take valuable time out of their busy schedule to come to their stupid store.

I am not that great with setting up new phones/​ipads etc.- I walked in here without an appt and IVAN greeted me and asked if he could help. Within 5mins, i had all my questions answered and my phone set up! Since this was an easy set up, he took the time and did it right there on the spot! VERY knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Will definitely come back here for all my technology stuff! Thanks! Great Customer Service– which is really the only thing that matters! xo

After a terrible experience at the Alameda location in Burbank, I was hesitant about going to this store. It was very busy, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and signed in with two people ahead of me.
I explained that I wanted to upgrade two phones and add a line. I thought the most economical choice was to finance refurbished phones, he quickly explained I could use the «buy one get one half off «promotion when financing my phones.
(The lady at the other store told a trainee to tell me that wasn’t allowed and they would have to see if we qualify for financing. Uhhhh, she assumed cause I didn’t want to buy new phones for my teenagers that we had $$$ problems or something. Found out we qualify for almost $ 4000 worth of devices! Booya!)
Anyways, Ivan, took really good care of us, added the line, upgraded our data plan, and gave us the best pricing for two new devices. And he was professional and friendly the entire time. The store was clean, the staff worked together, and customers were helped quickly.
I won’t hesitate coming here when I decide to add more devices in the future, thank you for your help and time, Ivan.

This review is a little late, but I was in the store two weeks ago. I procrastinated and let my previous AT&T account get shut off before I was able to get a new line, so on the day of a big work trip I had to set up a brand new account in the few hours I had left before my flight. I had never gotten my own mobile account before, so I had a lot of questions and a little bit of drama getting some info from AT&T to make the transfer to T-​Mobile possible, but one employee made the whole process so, so simple for me and I have him to thank for me making my flight with time to spare, a brand new iPhone (was able to trade my old one in even though AT&T wasn’t playing nice) and even an Apple Watch (which he completely sold me on, as he owns one himself and personally recommended it for a lot of the same features I was interested in it for).
I lost his business card, but I am pretty positive his name was Nick. All-​in-​all, the process took a couple hours and he was so accommodating, even going out of his way to call AT&T to help sort something out when he didn’t need to. He was incredibly informative and answered every one of my 1,000 questions honestly. Didn’t feel like he was trying to push or sell me on anything that I didn’t want or need. If I ever need to deal with anything in person again, I will definitely be returning to this store.

I dunno about this store having me on hold for a total of 15 mins — (pics added for managers to please discuss) two back to back calls just to check if a phone was in stock at the store. Some guy whose name rhymed with Dario or was named Dario sucks. Point blank needs to go back to the quick thinking customer service training class. I call back for a 3^rd time I get Gino who took care of it with no putting me on hold and hooked it up with another locations number. Looks like we know who to ask for from now on or give the sale to when i visit the store next time. People have enough frustration dealing with phone issues, customer service should be the relaxing part.

2 sales people? That’s what they have there. You have to wait 30minutes to get served, come on that’s ridiculous.

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND
First of all, I’m am NOT a happy customer.
I don’t know where to begin, but unfortunately my phone broke this past April and I went to my nearest t-​mobile store in north Hollywood on lankershim blvd. MONIKA with the letter «K» helped me. She helped me in the beginning saying I will have another 2 phone claims when I buy a new phone. The sad part is I paid BOTH full amounts on my iPhone5s. The broken one, before was about $ 425 and then the new one in the beginning of May, FULL AMOUNT ($ 550). + my monthly phone bill. The reason I paid for it because somehow I’m getting charged extra for my phone. I changed to t-​mobile services was for a much Cheaper plan. My old service carrier was ATT&T. NO THANKS. So my phone got totally damaged again. (No, not a screen crack, glitches, buttons, etc.) IT WAS DESTROYED. Second time I went I think his name was JAY, an African American guy «helped» my sister and I. He saw my phone and laughed at it! I did not think how that was right. Then later telling me to buy entirely another new phone! I was so frustrated that T-​mobile didn’t do a in-​home claim, offer me another phone, talking to their manager. The reason I know about that is because I went straight to The T-​mobile store in BURBANK TOWN CENTER. And I forgot his name but he helped me for everything! And gave me advice for my phone. Then I went back recently to pay this past due fee. I had enough coming back to t mobile on lankershim. I went once again because my phone was disconnected ! Like this isn’t fair. I got my phone already a week ago. ANDREA told me there was a past due. I got mad, I didn’t get and T-​Mobile text. She basically was like «you have to pay». I felt like suing T-​Mobile. I already had spent over $ 1,000. I HAVE THE PROOF ON MY RECEIPTS. I guarantee they know who is writing this review because they always saw me coming for help when they really didn’t help. CUSTOMER SEVICE = FAIL. NO STAR

Words can’t express how awesome PJ the sales associate that helped me today was! Through out this past year when ever I had any issues with my cell phone PJ was always there to help me make sure that I left the store content. He would also follow up with me to make sure my device was working and set up ok. PJ shows what true customer service is. He has 5 stars in my book and everyone else at this location was so kind welcoming had smiles and always greeted someone when they entered. Sending this store and staff and PJ lots of love and light and a big thumbs up!

5 stars for the Store! The sales associates are great. The place packs up fast, but they are very attentive. There’s a good chance you’ll wait, but you won’t be forgotten. EVERYONE that works there has been great to me. Customer service is also great.
1 star for T-​Mobile. The service is complete crap! Sure you get unlimited everything for cheap. But you can’t possibly use «everything» due to the lack of service, dropped calls etc etc. I made the mistake of getting out of Verizon for the cheap rates.
I’ve dropped calls ALL OVER! That’s when I can actually make a call… I’m keeping an ongoing list of where t-​mobile does NOT work.

If you fly into LAX, don’t expect to make a call until you get to Sepulveda.
Basically, save yourself the annoyance, pay and extra $ 20 a month and go with AT&T or Verizon.
T-​mobile has a long way to go.
If service is good in your area (Watts, Crenshaw, Noho) and you never leave your area, then t-​mobile is good.
I was offered a booster device for free which was a very nice gesture, but sadly that booster device isn’t for my car

Recently decided to switch over from sprint to tmobile and was glad to see that a corporate store was walking distance from where I live. I walked in around 1 noon to find a normal wait time whenever you go into a cell phone store. Once my turn came around I was helped by Eric. He helped me out big time on choosing my phone, he really knew his specs about nearly every phone in the store. I ultimately decided on the Note 4 and he helped me tremendously on how the whole «ETF» deal works out. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying anything I didn’t need.
Shortly after I came back in to the store with some problems on my account and he straightened me out again without a problem. Great service
