Jamba Juice

Really disappointing experience today. I walked in with my Yorkie in my arms and the guy asked me right away if my dog was a service dog. I answered no but I told him that I just wanted to order a smoothie and that I would wait sitting outside with my dog and asked him to just let me know. He said he would bring me my smoothie outside instead. I ordered a large acai smoothie and I waited easily 45 minutes outside with a 90 degree heat. I actually had to open the door and ask him if he had forgotten about my order. Nobody had a clue about my order and the guy was not even apologetic. This store needs some serious training when it comes to customer service. I hope you have cameras tracking everything and you will see me with my dog. I was wearing a gray cap and a white shirt.

No more Starbucks for me! :) Jamba juice North Miami has really CHANGED my life for the better. I use to feel sluggish and bland after a long day of work, but now I feel great and energetic every time I have one of their smoothies! They have all kinds of smoothies and juices that can be match specifically to you, and also BOOST to add into your smoothies, in case you need additional nutrients or protein. Great Smoothies people, there are No artificial flavors, no sugars, just all natural fruit and juice & a little ice to bring it all together! Since the day I walked into Jamba Juice, Ashley (The best) has turned me into a Jamba-​Addict. She convinced me to throw my Starbucks addiction, which she informed me is filled with a bunch of sugar and empty carbs (oops) She’s very savvy with the benefits of EVERY product (Amazing! I wonder if she went to school for nutrition?), professional and she’s a sweetheart! I work for a fortune 500 company, and she possesses great people skills and is more articulate than my colleagues! (Literally) I can see the passion she has for her job, and that’s the type of manager that they need in any store, it’s what keeps me coming back. Please keep her and the other awesome staff around. btw, I literally go to this store 3x a week, but its worth every penny! (& some for the tip jar!)

I love this location! Friendly and quick service :) not only that they are great tasting but the customer service makes it even better!!! I highly recommend this place:)

Employees are so slow here. I mean 20 minute wait for a smoothie seems ridiculous to me. There were only 2 other people before me. Also had a huge chunk of some fruit at the bottom of my smoothie. That’s poor for a 7.50 $ smoothie. Get it together…

OMG! I LOVE this Jamba Juice. For some reason every time I walk in, everyone working there already knows I’m ordering the Sour Gummy or the White Gummy. It really makes me feel special. They are friendly, welcoming, and always delivers my drinks exactly how I order it if not even better! They define customer service! ***Tati, one of the people who nearly always makes my drunks is the bests!

First time to Jamba Juice EVER (and no I don’t live under a rock) usually go to the Starbucks next door, however I felt like going with a different taste today. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped with options on buying a smoothie as well as tasty snacks. Nothing better than satisfying a craving and that’s exactly how I felt, satisfied! :-)

Inconsistent product and the store is not organised.
Always running out of product or cups, so you could order large and get it in 2 cups, for your convenience.
The drinks don’t taste good all the time, I had one orange drink full of leaves but the week before was fine. The one good thing is that the staff are trained well to greet everyone, shame that same training isn’t done for ordering and making the drinks.

small shop that serves fresh juices and food and service is great but i’m not going anymore because i found out the juices are loaded with sugar. i want to be healthy not drink as much sugar as a cola-​cola. But overall a great place to grab a drink and snack or Lunch (pizza is delicious)!

I am here in Miami on vacation and I went in today for the first time and I had a nice experience. The place is clean and welcoming. Kayla took my order and she was very nice and helpful when I was making my order. I got the Orange c booster smoothie with the 3G Energy + Green Caffeine Boost. It was very tasty and overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Great place for a refreshing drink. Today I am having a peanut butter chocolate love.

It is quite the phenomenon… I walk into this Jamba Juice when there’s nobody inside and by the time I have finished placing my order, there are six people behind me waiting. Can’t you people trickle in?!
Hats off to the stellar staff (specifically the nighttime ladies) for fast, crazy (in the best kind of way) and consistent service.
Some of the daytime staff leaves a lot to be desired. They’re slow and generally lazy.
If you’re feeling especially fat, order from the secret menu!

Depending on how lucky you are, it’s a 50:50 chances of good service. Once I waited 20 mins before a cashier takes my order… when people and I complained to the manager he said well I was on break that’s why they are short. Really!!! so we wait in total 45mins to get a juice. Another time, they barely mixed my juice it was full of chunks. Girls that work there can catch an attitude. juices are great I just wish the staff would be too

Good stuff. Not insanely sweet at all. Glad for it. Smoothie King holds no comparison with their many powders and syrup flavors in a pump.

I usually love all the Jamba Juice Locations, but the service I received at this one was horrible. First of all they use to have a caffeine free energy boost, the girl had no idea what I was talking. (It’s on the website) also when I went to pay, they wouldn’t except my 50 $ bill!!! They said they can only take 20’s. Sorry, is this MC DONALDS? In 2015, in Miami fl, near some of the high end areas who dosent except a 50 dollar bill. She didn’t say they didn’t have change, she said they wouldn’t except it. They should invest in fraud fighters instead of making they’re customers feel like criminals!!! I expected much better!!!

I love Jamba… especially after a workout and during this summer heat. They have a variety of flavors and boosts depending what works for you.

The service is very friendly and extremely helpful in describing their menu. They can customize each drink to suit your desires, tastebuds and needs (if applicable… i.e. on a juice fast/​cleanse or something like that).

Went here this morning for the first time and ordered the juice with apple, carrot, ginger and cayenne. Specifically asked for no cayenne. But the employee apparently forgot to add any ginger. My juice ended up tasting like watered-​down apple juice. I’m pretty disappointed seeing as though I spent $ 9 FOR JUICE that wasn’t even the flavor I asked for.
I won’t be coming back here, I’ll stick to local juicers whose ingredients seem fresher and juice more concentrated. Not to mention cheaper.

Now have fresh fruit juices!
Worth the driving from Sunny Isles.
