Upped to a 2-star because the receptionist who helped me over the phone and signed me in when I got there was very nice and helpful. The salesperson who«helped» me get my phone was not good at all. She tried to force me to buy some 6+ accessories as they were«required as a bundle with any iPhone 6 or 6+»(lie, refuted by Sprint phone customer service). Then, she grabbed the pen pad and accepted the iPhone insurance agreement for me without even telling em what she was doing — I just happened to see her doing it – justifying by telling me the«all iPhones must leave with insurance»(another lie refuted by Sprint customer service). And this all happened on a transaction that went through as I expected. It’s obvious that this girl’s habits were trained into her, she was not a rogue acting on her own(she even offered to call the manager over to back up her claims at one point — he never came over even after I agreed that I’d like to hear to f rom him. I left without purchasing either btw). Otherwise a clean store with courteous people.

This Sprint store plays by its own rules. In the words of the manager, «This is my store so I can do whatever I want.» This was his rebuttal in addressing the conflicting information we received from him, his subordinate associate, numerous other sprint stores, and the sprint website. The associate was of no help from the very beginning. I had to pry information out the poor lackey, most of which ended up being totally off. We had issues here when upgrading two phones to iphone 6’s a few weeks ago, and also today when attempting to upgrade the phone on another line. We arrived at the store and stated our intentions, which were based upon what we told by several other sprint stores in regard to the upgrade process and trade in credit from the old device. Long story short, we were told that it cannot be done the way were initially told. The manager and associate even tried to dispute the information I found on the Sprint website that validated our position. We left and went to the Miami Shores location and completed the upgrade with no problem at all, just as we intended, that is, trading in an old iPhone and applying the entire trade in credit to the cost of the new device. Don’t waste your time and energy at this location. There’s plenty of other quality Sprint stores in the area.

I lost my original cellphone under the old plan, nothing related to the OneUp plan; I went to the local Sprint and I was told that I first had to give them that old phone. First, forget that it was lost but since this was under the old plan why do I need to give my phone which I would have paid for w/Sprints monthly fees and almost 2 years under their old standard plans? So they get a used phone, for resell, then I get a new phone that I still have to pay within the 24 months at no discount, then if I want a new phone I have to give in that phone in order to re-start the process so they get two phones which I paid for and they didn’t supplement. I understand under the new plan you need to swap your phones but to give them my old phones?! that was outrageous! Anyway, I couldn’t give them my old phone since I had lost it and they didn’t want my current phone so they said I can’t get a phone under the new OneUp plan since it had to be the original phone. This is something that Sprint doesn’t advertise and to double check their customer service wasn’t aware that it was applicable so he contacted two stores here in South Florida for confirmation under zip code 33161. It seems that their is a miscommunication between Sales and the Field corporate stores but I ended up with no phone. I am only waiting to end my plan and I will move-on to another company. Sprint has improved when you call their Customer Service but they are still deceiving their customers as they did in the past so it’s time to move-on folks; if they want our money, let them be honest and since they learn by us leaving their service then after your fulfill your contract, move on to another company until eventually they have to file for bankruptcy or they get eaten up by another company.

I had a great experience buying my new phone a Gallaxy S II. I was finally able to upgrade my old dino phone for this awesome one! Rene the retail salesman that helped us was super knowledgeable about the products and was an all around nice person to have help us. Actually the Sprint staff were pretty friendly but he went above and beyond to make sure we were helped. Thanks Again!

Monthly bill pay. I have to come to the store now because fraud was fine to my account over the phone. The staff was helpful friendly and the best thing they have is the machine pay no wait.
