Einstein Bros Bagels

The last time I visited this store was about 6 – 7 years ago, it was a filthy mess and had poor customer service. Some things never change. The store closes at 5pm and my receipt order is at 4:05. I was told «the grill is normally closed at this time but that I was in luck it was still on». The store is still as dirty as ever. Lesson learned

Having a lux with everything on it, so good! and cofffee is awesome! Nice ambience to chill before starting your bussy morning.

I often go there when i feel down in the morning.
Its weird that i like their coffee over Starbucks sometimes.

My go to bagel place when I have a craving and don’t want to sit at a deli. The bagels are always fresh and I love their variety of cream cheese.

Let me start by saying that I have always loved Einstein’s bagels. So, when I moved to North Miami I was very happy to discover this location. Sometime I just wake up with a strong craving for lox on a toasted Asiago cheese bagel, and Einstein’s is always there for me! Staff is usually friendly but in recent months they have made some mistakes on my orders (no capers on bagel when I asked for everything) or other similar small issues.
Nothing to the point that would send me elsewhere but worth noting.
Easy 4 stars in my book!!!

I’ve gone to this Einsteins ever since I moved up to North Miami, about three years ago. The staff and service there has gone down hill. The lady that helped me today could not hate her job any more than she did today. This is the second time that this location has messed up my order, and they could care less.

Damn these bagels are good. just crispy enough when toasted and the blueberry smear isn’t too sweet. Great value for and much better than I first expected

Einstein Bagels is one of my favorite breakfast places. The 3 stars go for the location. For some odd reason, every time I’ve been pregnant it seems to be my breakfast craving.
Pros, food is fresh and you will pretty much get what you ask for.
Cons, horrible customer service! Out of 6 staff members 2 are nice. Never get a good morning. I ordered my spinach, mushroom, and swiss egg sandwich on a spinach florentine bagel with a dab (literally) of cream cheese and the staff was looking at me and whispering while they laughed. To top it off I had the manager to charge me, I realized she charged me $ 1.50 for a «dab» of cream cheese, WTF!!! Next time I will make sure I stop by Publix beforehand and by myself a decent size of cream cheese for that price. It’s pretty over priced when they charge for all these small additions. Almost 8 bucks for just an egg sandwich no drink included in that price!
If you don’t mind all that negative talk the food is still good, you just have to deal with poor customer service!

Friendly, friendly, very helpful nice staff. Very impressed with their service, as they are excellent. I ordered just a plain bagel toasted, with water and the nice young lady offered butter, cream cheese, etc… It was very nice of her but this day I just wanted plain. She toasted it right up, it was fresh, hot, not that greasy like most bagels usually are.
The place is clean, great variety of bagels and coffee, sandwiches, etc…
I would visit again and again, very nice location.

Einstein Bros is my guilty breakfast pleasure haven. I crave it and give in about twice a week! I know, I know, carbs, butter and sugary frozen blended coffee drinks are powerful and can’t be defeated! This location is clean. The bagel experts are attentive, pleasant and helpful. A welcomed option against Starbucks, which is literally around the corner from this place.

I would have never thought to come here except that they were giving away free bagels through their Facebook page. I’m so glad they drew me in because you know what? They have pretty good bagels and brew some nice coffee too.
I had an everything bagel with the reduced fat veggie cream cheese spread. I wanted a latte, but they are not allowed to serve espresso drinks because of the Starbucks in the same plaza. Wow! Go corporate USA. The guy was really nice, and kindly suggested a cup of coffee. Sure, I said, why not. It was good!
So, overall, I was very happy with my recent visit to Einstein. Good bagels, good coffee, and great service. I’m not always in the mood for a bagel, but when I am I would return here.
