This iHop was a great experience and served great food. Nothing on the menu was even close to looking bad and what I got tasted great. The waiters/waitresses were very nice and polite. Even when the place was very busy and it didn’t look like we were going to be able to eat they managed to find us a seat real quick. We also weren’t rushed in any way. We took our time without being bothered would recommend to anyone.

First time at this new location and I’ll definitely be back. I thought the portions were larger than other IHOP’s and the food tasted great. Red velvet pancakes, hellooooo! The coffee was hot and fresh. Our waitress was very personable and attentive.

I went to eat 2 weeks ago with friend, we found Flys
All over the place, I talked to waiter to let him know, we found out he knows the place has flys, I told can I speak to manager let stay 10 minutes and then he said manager not around at this moment.,
Never go to this place to eat again

Our waitress (Tatiana) is always amazing. She is the main reason why we come here. She is pleasant, courteous and goes above and beyond. The food is also very good and if a mistake is made she is quick to get it fixed. She also always asks how we are and if we don’t come in with the baby there is hell to pay. Lol Always a pleasant experience!!!

The food is ok but I swear do people not realize how customer service effects the restaurant. I mean it’s your basic fast food but it’s slow really slow and the staff is not happy. I know it’s not five star quality food but when you lack quality food you should be making up in customer service. They were very slow and messed up the order twice. What ever happened to giving everyone water. We asked twice. My girlfriend’s order was way off and had to be returned. We were given dingy straws that looked like they were in our waitress’ hot pocket for a year. Overall it was ok food but the service was lacking.

After a crazy day @ the car dealership across the street, my family and I were starving. We stopped in around ⁸⁄₉ pm and it was fairly empty. We sat down within a minute of arriving. The host and the waiter was very pleasant. Everyone I saw seem to like their job. Waiter was prompt and professional. Food was delicious, everything was hot and arrived in a timely manner. No complains. Bathroom was spotless. (Sorry, but this is a major point for me since I am always in the bathroom a long time dealing with 2 kids, 6 yr and 12 months. If you take your eyes off of them for less than 5 seconds they always find something you wish they didn’t) :) Anyway, overall great experience. My husband said the bill seems a little higher than other IHOP’s but I felt it was average.

I believe that we had a new waiter or maybe a waiter without confidence in his performance. If he was new, it’s okay bc everyone has to start somewhere. I ordered the iced coffee with whipped cream. 20 mins later is came back without whipped cream. Not to mention i purposefully asked the waiter to repeat my drink order 3 times smh. But, its just whipped cream right? No biggie. I ordered the tilapia Florentine which came with tilpaia, spinach in Alfredo sauce, and mashed potatoes with gravy. The meal was a little mushy to me but once i added salt and pepper to the fish and spinach all was well. The décor is part Christmas and part over and done with Christmas. Overall, it was not a bad lunch and i might return a few months from now.

This is one of the larger IHOPs in North/Central Jersey. When they’re busy, like they usually are on weekends, they are painfully slow and inept. By they, I mean the wait staff, the cooks and even the host.
But when they’re not busy, the service is excellent and the food, as it always will be, is delicious!

Tried this IHOP because I was going to the new Costco next door… I’m happy I did. Good service, tasty mushroom burger and an old school milk shake. Yum! There was no wait at 1:30pm on this rainy Saturday.

Truth told, I needed to spend money to keep my frequent flier points, and this particular IHoP was on the list of places that would accomplish that mission, along with being on my route to a stop I had to make.
It was late morning, around 10, and I was seated right away. The place was pretty empty. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, and my omelette and pancaked were as expected. I like that the calories are listed for EVERY menu item, and as a result, I left the hollandaise sauce off my omelette which hopefully saved at least a couple of hundred calories.
I was in and out in under ½ hour which met my goal.
One of the better IHoP experiences I’ve had.

horrible service! i went there for dinner! baaaaad choice i ordered a chocolate milk to drink the chocolate milk was white!!! there was «maybe» quarter of a teaspoon of syrup then i ordered the strawberry banana cream pancakes the bananas were frickin’ rotten as heck

Great service. I order delivery from them almost every week and have never had a single issue that wasn’t solved amazingly. The food no matter what I order is always delish, except maybe the crepes. Not a fan at all or the smell. At least not of the ones I ordered before, I am willing to try one more time though. But other than that, this is a go to place for any time of the day.

Great service, reasonable price, as well quite nice food!
I enjoy the Swiss Mocha which I am not sure it’s only for holidays or what~ But it taste better than Starbucks! I had the country fried steak, well, it’s a little dry, but I can accept that with consideration of the price.
Really nice waitress! Been to lots of places like this, but she is the best! Never interrupted your conversation, beautiful smile!

I was here over the weekend and I love it. I been coming to this IHOP for many years. They have a new clean décor of the inside. Looks much better and clean. This place can get really busy on morning weekends. The employes are so friendly and know a lot of customers by name. Love this place and deff will recommend it.

I come to this location because itself a lot bigger than the one in Edison. It gets crazy busy sometimes so expect to wait to get seated. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.
IHOP is definitely my go to place for Breakfast!

I was in the mood to have pancakes so went here for a late lunch. I was seated quickly but had to wait for almost 10 minutes to have my order taken and then another 10 for the food to come out so the service was slow and they were really not that busy as most of the place was empty.
I had the pancake combo and requested for Turkey bacon instead or regular bacon and was charged extra for that. The hash browns were a disaster, it was like someone had forcefully thrown together something which was all loose and fallen apart. I had the Cinn-A-Stack pancakes which had too much powdered cinnamon between the pancakes which overpowered the overall taste of the pancakes which i did not enjoy.
The pure rating for the food alone would be a solid 2 stars, the extra one is for the friendly waitress.
