it is not Cluck U anymore It’s Boardwalk Tony’s My wife and i have been to Boardwalk Tony’s Before Luv the fried Pickles. But this time we went in to get the Pizza Thin Crust and we were not disappointed. I have been down here now 5 years and been coming here all my life. Living in new Jersey i like thin crust yes I have been to other places and there Pizza is good i tell then thin thin all the time and it just is not thin for me. But Boardwalk Tony’s is thin and good, if you haven’t had a chance to get there go now and ask for the thin Pizza you will not be disappointed. Address 1163 N Toledo Blade Blvd, North Port, FL34288

We gave it a few tries. Overpriced for what they serve. If you are going to serve fried chicken, better make it outstanding. Otherwise, I can get the same or even better from Publix or KFC at nearly half the cost. And I wouldn’t have to wait forever for it to be cooked. We even made a suggestion to the owner to take a trip to TX and eat in a couple of places that were successful selling just that… some of those places had lines out the door and 50 feet down the sidewalk. Anyways, we are not going to buy bland and undercooked chicken and pay premium prices.

Awesome food, great staff– nothing but good things to say! They do $ 8.99 endless 20oz beer everyday, their buffalo bites are to die for, yummy pizza and burgers, it’s not on the menu but ask for ‘loaded jalapeño bites’ and you’ll be in heaven. Literally everything on the menu is delicious, I go at least once a week.

The food is not very good there hello expensive I tried it out even though I didn’t see any cars in the parking lot and that’s usually the first sign that it’s not a very good place to eat but we tried it anyway and I didn’t think it was very good but that’s my own personal opinion you might want to try it yourself

I guess I’ll be the honest person here and give this place the review it deserves. We walked into Cluck U last night to pick up some food, ended up sitting down instead. Glad we did too. First of all, it was our first time in Cluck U so we didn’t know what was on the menu. So I really don’t appreciate the cashier rolling her eyes as we attempted to decide what we wanted … If you don’t like your job or waiting for people to make a decision, no one is really begging you to be the order taker anywhere so there’s the door honey. Second, the prices are very overpriced for an establishment at this level. 11 for a cheesesteak? Really? And if you are going to serve«buffalo wings» you might want to reconsider your sauces and offer a MILDBUFFALO sauce! Bbq only? Really? Ok, now to the review of the food and kitchen staff. We sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. When someone from the kitchen came out, it wasn’t with our food but to explain how they didn’t make the cheesesteak to order and realized«no peppers or onions» was a request. So they were«remaking» the sandwich. My buffalo/bbq wings came out, and were okay. Nice and crispy, which saved me from being totally unhappy after all was said and done. Finally hubby’s cheesesteak came out, which was totally disappointing. The«steak» looked more like corned beef mashed up. There was no CHEESE on the CHEESEsteak, even though this was the second attempt at getting the order right. The bun that the sandwich was on was so soggy that it was goo and absolutely disgusting. Then the fried doughball given along with the sandwich had honey droppings all over the fries and steak sandwich! And wasn’t even good. Just dough lightly drizzled in honey after being fried. For thirty dollars for two items and two drinks, I definitely expect better than this, service and food wise. We won’t be back and will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone who knows what good food/service is.

The owner and staff are nice; however, the wait time is to long. The«Balboa» steak and cheese hoagie was not worth $ 15. The bread was soggy and the meat was flavorless.

Went ther for dinner tonight. Ordered the wings, and they were awesome! Huge, and fresh. The owner was there and assured us that it would be fresh, and he has a good thing going there. Very clean, and great staff!

We were driving through and it was lunch time. The name caught my attention. If you read all my reviews I am bit of a clean freak. This place is amazing it is so clean! The bathroom is cleaner then some 4 star restaurants I have been in. The chicken is very fresh. You have to wait a few minutes for it, but worth the wait. Service very good. Fries were very good! The slaw, not crazy about it. Was on the salty side. I am used to my mothers sweet and creamy slaw. Great cute place.

Good food, but overpriced and my husband had to wait 45 min for the chicken to be cooked. Too long. Sorry won’t be back. Good Luck! Wish they would have a KFC in same area. Live only about a mile away. They need more fun restaurants on Toledo Blade Blvd near I-75

We ate there last week. I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of staff– all very friendly & helpful. Being a new building I expected it to be clean & it was. I also like that they seem to have a reputation for helping out their community. We ordered fried pickles, honey mustard wings, garlic parmesan wings with fries and onion rings. It was all pretty good, not even slightly greasy. The portions were immense, I ate 3 wings & about ¼ of my fries and was stuffed. Still tasted good the next day, too! I opted for 4 stars for a couple reasons. 1) Price– just a little more than BW3& Wings& Rings. 2) Bar?- I have just compared Cluck U Chicken to 2 sports bars. We didn’t drink, maybe because it was so bright in there. It felt more like a Chic-fil-a with lots of TVs than a sports bar. 3) ** my personal peeve** We always order our wings well done or crispy, I was told they don’t do that. What? I am hoping that will change in time because it kind of annoyed me! They are like a mile from our house & it’s great to have a little variety in North Port!

2 stars for service and cleanliness. Staff was very nice as was the owner. Downside to this place was the food, it was hit or miss(mostly a miss). They are way over priced for that kind of dining. The dining is like eating at Disney and getting mediocre food. The atmosphere is very different with the look of a garage with sports on TV. Beer is 3.79 and 5 wings is over dollar a wing. I would not recommend this place for beer and wings as it is sub par and mediocre at best. They say the wings are fresh and that is worth the money. lemon/pepper wings were way over seasoned. Best bet was the BBQ wings.
