Our issue is with warehouse, he couldn’t get a hold of them in store to confirm anything but still set a delivery date. Get a call that day saying it is out of stock and call back to reschedule, never able to get through until following week. When I finally get to talk to someone he still can’t get through to warehouse and I’m told to call back yet again but to another store. Directed to warehouse instead and told item is out of stock yet again and it will be a few days until they receive it. This tells me they have no actual system that puts what’s been paid for to the side just goes blindly, now I’m getting the turn around on a refund so I can go get my mattress somewhere else. Very very upsetting will never recommend this place to anyone solely bc their warehouse is very unorganized and not customer satisfaction driven. (keep in mind I have an infant so it’s hard to go in store on a whim when location is opposite from job) again sale person was very friendly and nice but their warehouse needs to be updated with better systems and delivery options.
