Chris Thacker was a sales man who helped my wife and I. He was very professional and easy to work with. He offered us water — it was very hot outside, so it helped :) — very nice guy and professional salesman. Very pleased and will come back! Thank you Chris! You get what you paid for!

I bought a mattress last year, and bought mattress protector with it. I never recieved the mattress protector. I called the warehouse, and the customer service numbers provided to me, and still have not recieved either the mattress protector or a refund. I do not recommend this company.

My review is based on the experience I had with Mike Cholewa at the Spring Texas Mattress Firm location. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And he apparently knows :-) the product line. I read several questionable online reviews about Mattress Firm, but my experience was positive so far. Let’s see how the delivery goes later today! :-)

this place have a very good seller, a few months ago he helped us find the right mattresses for our kids and gave us a great deal and now a few months later we went to buy a queen size and again the guy was very nice and helpful and again we got a great deal
