I am typically a little standoffish when I walk into a furniture store or any place trying to sell me anything. I like to shop in peace without being hounded. My experience was pleasant at this location. Michael explained to me and my fiancé what Mattress Firm had to offer and let us shop on our own. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. We told him our price point and he helped us find the best mattresses for our money. We bought our new mattresses that day and they were delivered on time the next day. The two delivery guys were very professional, moved our other mattress set up stairs and set up the new mattresses in our master. Great service all around.

Mike Howard. Great guy. Just met him but I think he’s swell. The whole experience was very easy and he definitely knew what he was doing. We also were very giggly and Mike was extremely patient.

I went shopping for a mattress yesterday and they made the process so simple. I didn’t know where to begin and they were able to find me the right bed that fit my budget. Their guarantees are awesome so even if I picked the wrong mattress I can exchange or get my money back. I will definitely shop at this store again.
