Came here last night to order take out. Customer service was great– super friendly! We ordered a steak and cheese sub and a stinger with an order of fries. Everything was great with a short wait time. We will be coming back again.

My goal for this is not to bash the company but hope they learn and will happily adjust the review if they get better. We requested one item and got charged and received something different (my fault I should have questioned the receipt but I did not thing they would charge me $ 8.50 for a pepperoni sub) they first forgot my fries and that’s when the blame game started. When I called she offered to make me another and then charge me and let me guess go get it too no I did not order that. I am partly at fault for not reading better but how they handled the situation was not acceptable by hanging up one me.
The sub cheese soggie bread and pepperoni not worth time 15 honest to goodness minutes and another 5 min for undercooked fries

My go to food (sadly) is steak and cheese subs. People’s final meal could be caviar or lobster… mine’s a good steak and cheese sub, so when I saw how many they had I figured they have to be masters of it. Boy, was I wrong.
Literally drove 2 minutes down the road, my wife and I sit down and unfold the tinfoil to find lots of water and a little grease sopping around on soggy rolls. Oh well, that happens sometime when using too much water cooking the steak. I ordered extra cheese but that was a waste, the cheese was pretty much obliterated, overly melted (must cook it on the grill with the steak). The steak is another story, doesn’t look like it’s riddled with fat but it’s like those little fat pebbles you bite into, in a fast food burger. Disgusting. So sad. Masters of poor quality meat and watery cooking.
