Went here for the first time and was treated like part of the family. Small family owned business with incredible food for the money. I will be returning many times in the future!

So far I’ve tried the Chicken Souvlaki, Roast Beef Sandwich, and Greek Mac N Cheese. All are delicious. The Roast Beef is so good! Get it warmed up with horseradish and its delicious. The guys there are awesome and so friendly. They will remember you if you go a few times. We order and eat there and they bring the food over to you when it’s ready. Friendly service and good food! I like supporting family owned places. Try this place out!

My fiancée and I were in the area and needed to find a place for lunch. We got a pastrami sandwich and gyro wrap, both were amazing! The staff was very friendly and it looked clean and nice. Will stop by again if we are in the area!

Glad to have this small restaurant not far from home. My family goes there regularly. It’s a place where you get to enjoy best food but not hurt your wallet. Their Alfredo is the best I ever had.

Will not WOW you with their menu selections but they’re good for what they have. I like it like that, though.

Found this place on here on Unilocal while on the way to Tougas farm this past September. It had good reviews so thought we’d try it out. It’s located on West Main St (Rt. 20) with plenty of parking and the entrance in the back.
First impression at walking in was «wow, this place is impeccably clean!» Wasn’t sure what to order and was advised to try their home-​made Roast Beef sandwich — it was delicious! The beef was thinly sliced and juicy with fresh veggies on a lightly toasted ciabatta roll with some mayo and cheese on it. I don’t think that sandwich could’ve been made any better. My girlfriend ordered their Greek salad with grilled chicken which was also very fresh and the chicken was marinated and juicy. Overall a great lunch experience.
It was slow when we came in but around two dozen people visited during our stay. They all seemed pleased and some who picked up to go orders seemed like repeat customers. The place was super clean and the family who runs it were very friendly. They offered us to try (for free) some of their dessert saying that their mom /​wife just made it that morning. It was also delicious. This is what a true family restaurants should be like. Hopefully this great service doesn’t change and their new and repeat customers get the same experience we did. Would definitely come back if in the area again!

I wish they put a more eye-​catching sign for folks coming from the east on Main Street b/​c this place is great. It’s a hole-​in-​the-​wall located in the back of a real-​estate-​looking-​like complex so easy to miss. Everything we ordered was done right. These friendly people know food and know to cook. The Cobb salad was huge. The Navy bean Soup of the Day was flavorful and delicious. Some of the freshest French fries and haddock I had in a while. Baklava was dripping with honey but crunchy sweet. Definitely going back!

Menu is small but everything on it is delicious!!! We’ve almost tried it all! Top notch customer service by a family run business! My newest favorite is the potato skins with tzaziki sauce.

Me and my family were spending the day at tougas farm in Northboro, and we were looking for a place to eat after a long day of apple picking .
While searching Unilocal,we came across the hillside grille, and i’m so glad that we did .
The food was so delicious and fresh, the place was so clean, and the service was amazing, the gentleman took even the time to switch the tv to the kids channel, which gave the kids something to focus on until the food was ready.
We live in Quincy, but i will definitely try to bring the family again for another exquisite meal.

Hit Hillside on the way home from Solomon Pond. Our visit started with the owner holding the door open for us, and made some friendly banter as we entered. He made excellent food suggestions. I had the chicken souvlaki. It was perfect. My girlfriend had a Greek salad with grilled chicken. Her salad was HUGE with tons of chicken. The quantity and quality is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and funny. This is a great, casual, place. No frills, canned soda kind of place. It doesn’t need frills. I will be back again and again. Well done!

Not my idea of good Greek food. Most of the ingredients are processed. The tzatziki was made with a sour cream substitute instead of yogurt. The gyros was frozen reheated meat on the griddle. The Greek Salad was served with prepackaged dressing on the side. The fries were frozen.

The chicken souvlaki was simply outstanding!

Whenever I am driving Northborough I always stop by Hillside Grill, they serve really great food and I really enjoy their chicken tenders and steak and cheese subs with their crispy fries. If you happen to be around this area I would definatley check them out! I recommended this place to people I worked with and the food they ordered they really enjoyed as well. I love the atmosphere here and the people that work there are really friendly and always make you feel welcome!

I’m a foodie. I search out great food, and care about service and innovation. Rarely do I come across a «sandwich joint» this good. The offerings are unique, customizable, and appetizing to all tastes.
Chicken Souvlaki was GLORIOUS, and Fish Sandwich was the best I’ve had, even better than Captain Marden.
Jimmy and his family are friendly, generous (they brought us free dessert – yum!!), and made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect lunch.
Worth every penny. We gotta have places like this – great food, great service, in our communities. I will return and recommend this place to everyone I meet.

Awesome! Stopped here for lunch the other day. my husband and son each had a cheeseburger and I had a chicken souvlaki. They LOVED their cheeseburgers, and I LOVED my wrap! The sauce on the wrap was delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We’ve been to Hillside Grill twice now. The first time I had one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had — probably not THE best, but top five easily. The second time I had the chicken alfredo pasta and it was spectacular. If I had paid twice as much for it I would have still been very happy. I look forward to my third visit when I intend to try their pizza.
As others have mentioned, in addition to the fantastic food — the service here is incredible. The people there are very friendly, fast and efficient.

Massachusetts has 351 cities and towns. Our retirement Lunch Project is to have lunch in each one, no national franchises allowed.
Not a fancy place, but the Fish (Haddock) and Chips (Onion Rings) were scrumptious!
The Greek-​American family who run and staff the restaurant were delightful and kept the busy lunch hour customers well supplied with food and drink. We’d return to try some of their Greek specialties if we were in the area.

This place is PERFECT! So I was driving home from a long road trip with my family and my wife suggested we stop somewhere for lunch. I wasn’t very familiar with the area (I live about 40 minutes away), so I used the Unilocal Monocle feature (mobile app only) and Hillside popped up. It had 4 ½ stars, but it said «Greek» so, not being a big fan of Greek food, I didn’t click it. Not sure why, but something told me to look it up on Unilocal anyway. When I did, I learned that the menu was not Greek specific and the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive, I had to give it a shot.
Honestly, I am struggling with writing this review because the experience was so amazing, I’m not sure I can do it justice. Here goes…
1. The food was so good, I mean SO GOOD that I almost hyperventilated. I had what might be one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had in my life. Also, the bun was badass. Good luck finding that bun anywhere else. My wife got a pastrami sandwich and that too was off the charts. My daughter had a BLT and yup, ridiculous. However, the best thing we had was the Greek mac & cheese. HOLY HELL! It was freakishly fantastic. I recall I was moaning while eating it.
2. The menu was not huge which means they are really focused on perfecting their dishes and are not going to serve up mediocre garbage because they are spreading themselves too thin.
3. The ingredients were top shelf. No doubt about it. Premium quality through and through!
4. The place was immaculate! Even the bathrooms were pristine.
5. The service… as good as the food!!! Jimmy, one of the owner’s was so incredibly nice. He spent a little time with us and cared so much about our experience. He also provided some candy for the kids and let us sample some desserts his wife made. He was such a great guy. Same goes for his son, also an owner (John maybe?), who worked behind the counter. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a food establishment (and that includes an experience at a Gordon Ramsey 5 star restaurant). We felt very appreciated and cared for.
I’d keep going, but I am probably going to run out of characters soon. Needless to say, even though I live 40 minutes away, I’ll be back again and again. TOTALLY worth the trip!!!
