Update time — things have gone in the wrong direction at Bin Hai. The last couple times we have ordered from here, it has taken far longer than the quoted times for our carry out orders to be ready. So I wind up sitting around in a dining room with tables that need bussing, waiting around an extra 15 – 20 minutes for my order. Alone… because the same woman that is always at the counter just goes into the kitchen and disappears for a while. Maybe she’s trying to sort through whatever mess of tickets they have waiting… service not so great.
And now, this last time, after waiting around in a dirty dining area (alone) again with just a couple other customers waiting for far longer than promised, they got one of the orders wrong. They put the wrong protein in our moo shu. While I said I would take it, since I had a houseful of hungry folks waiting, it was like pulling teeth attempting to get the woman at the counter to understand why I felt like I shouldn’t have to pay the full price for the entrée they got wrong.
Stunningly average food, with increasingly lousy service has me thinking of finding a new Chinese place next time.

Fine Chinese food. Nothing particularly notable. Pickup order was ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday night.

We were told 45 mins for our food and so showed up at that time. We then waited another 45 minutes as the sole waitress answered calls and avoided providing any information despite multiple requests. when our food was finally ready, there was no apology. the food was fair value as quality was OK as was quantity. corners cut on mooshu pork as we received flour [not rice] tortillas.
