Northridge Liquor

Bad service! The lady was rude and had an attitude so I ended up going somewhere else. I’m not going back.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years to pick up my alcohol for parties and get togethers. They had a change in staff over the years, I used to talk to the French guy and the other guy all the time extremely friendly and nice people. Every staff change they are friendly and nice! The prices are normal. The bigger the bottle the more it is… but I also, on rare occasions but their cigars. Good choices and good quality. Always will be coming here until I move.

Pretty simple post, normally I don’t post negative reviews. With that being said this 1 star is only on my customer service experience today.
I can’t stand jerks and I don’t know what the name of the guy working there today but he was a complete ahole.
I ran out of tobacco for my hookah and just needed a quick pick up for tonight.
Walked in and started looking thru their selections and he looked at me with an attitude and said that every tobacco in the box were the same flavor.
I was going thru it and noticed that it was all mixed with diff favors, but he insisted it was the same even tho I showed him it was all mixed.
Any how just thought there was no need for him to have an attitude and blatantly insisted even tho he was wrong.
I left went across the street to the hookah source. You’re just not gonna get business being an ahole. Simple. Too bad too I really like that liquor store. total wine it is from now on.

I like this liquor store. Good prices on everything. The guys working the counter are always plenty friendly, even when they’re mid conversation on their bluetooth (seriously, always on that thing. Who is he talking to for so many hours and why does he always sound angry?) I’ve always gotten a good deal here, you will too.

Clean, OK service. Its a liquor store your in and your out.
