Shady business dealings! The store ran a lottery for the latest Jordan all red release. Told my husband they had them in stock but when he went down there it turns out they never got any of them. What did they think that once he was down there he would just buy a different pair of sneakers? Ridiculous! Jordan fans and all other buyers beware!

Staff was helpful, friendly, and engaged. Store manager was awesome and I found the perfect shoes here. Didn’t feel rushed, didn’t feel unimportant, walked out with two pairs and down $ 220 but wasn’t disappointed as I was able to find very hard to find sneakers on my first visit, which for my taste and shoe size is near impossible at most places.
Don’t waste your time anywhere else, GO HERE.

Good selection of shoes however I stood there for 10 mins and literally not one of the two people standing there asked if I needed help. It was 11:00 am and I was the only one in the store.

Worst customer service ever!!! No refunds! No refunds! No refunds!!! And not only that! I tried to exchange and there was nothing in my size in the styles that I wanted in the store or online. So disappointed never coming here again. How fucking cheap of them! The owners sure do not care about there clients what so ever. They sure do not want them to return.

I can barely give this place 1 star. Whoever owns this chain must be really out of sync with what it means to sell shoes and to sell good service. I would rather go to dsw shoes.

Probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long, long time. Picked up a pair of low-​top white chuck taylor’s for my girlfriend. I was surprised they had her size. Everyone was helpful, and you know, sometimes it makes you feel uncomfortable when you know the rep is just doing their job, like they’re not really that nice in real life. But these people were all really nice and fun. It was actually fun being in there. It helps to have a good-​looking staff as well. Good job with the hiring!
