They gave my poor mom the worst haircut I’ve ever seen on her! I wish she remembered the name of the stylist because I would call that specific lady out for letting my mom pay for that haircut and walk out of the salon looking the way she did. She butchered the back of my mom’s hair, buzzed it and didn’t blend it at all. I felt so sorry for my mom because she had no idea until I visited her and saw it. She went in to get the haircut prior to a job interview. Thankfully, her suit jacket covered the ugliness in the back. I immediately got my boyfriend’s haircutting kit and tried to fix it myself but so much of the hair was gone, there was nothing to work with. If I blended it, it would’ve looked like a fade. This was about a month ago and only now has the hair grown back to a point where we can truly fix it. I’m taking her to another salon tomorrow and throwing down some money so she can have a haircut of worth. I’m never letting her go to a Supercuts again!

Rosie murdered my boyfriends hair. He’s been trying to grow it out for awhile now. It finally was getting to the length he liked. We told her his goal and told her he just needed a very minor TRIM, for an event we had later. She just went at it and cut it ALL off. When we saw his hair, our faces fell to the floor, just like his hair. Thank god hair grows back. To add, we are also pretty sure she was on a form of meth and mixed it with some booze.

You see a doctor once a year. A dentist twice. A stylist you may ask? According to my personal calculations for myself: 17 times. So I need someone in my corner who will make me shine. And who is that person?

I’m so glad we met. My best haircut ever was thanks to the skillful hands of Amanda. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. The valuation quadrupled with all the «Hey, nice haircut!» at work the next day.
I have seen her twice. The second time (the experience mentioned earlier) I had a better idea of what I wanted. Showed with a picture and shared some ideas. She took that and hit it out of the park.
It’s important to find a stylist who is not only friendly but that also is very good at what she does. On a sidebar, parking is easy (park in the 30m spots).

Getting a $ 15 keratin treatment on a hot summer day, who can say no to that? Came here after seeing the sign outside for a $ 15 keratin treatment that promises to smooth and de-​frizz! Lord knows after so much blowdrying my hair needed it. I’ll make sure to update and let you know how it goes :)

I’ve been coming to supercuts for over 10 years now & i have never had a bad haircut here. Everyone is amazing & super nice.

They did a horrible job on my last two visits. The first time, i just thought it’s a mistake, so I gave it a try again. Shouldn’t hv went.
The length of my upper, frontal hair isn’t even same, so when i put down my hair, i look really stupid. I even showed the designer a picture. The style I showed wasn’t even hard to cut. just a normal hairstyle u can see on the streets. I don’t know how the heck she (not gona say her name) became a hair stylist. I
WORST experience ever. Won’t be back.

I always come here for a haircut. Mainly cause I feel comfortable and confident with the girls here cutting my hair.
I can always count on a good cut with a hair stylist that has a great personality so there great to talk to as well.
This place is really clean and everyone is always really nice to you. And they remember you when you come back which is awesome. They remembered me from 3 weeks ago and knew exactly what hair wax that I use. Great memory.

This is an awesome supercuts! Especially Adrian and Chevy who both have given me salon quality haircuts. Parking is great in front of the store and the store itself is clean. I use the app to make an appointment and when I come in, I hardly if ever have had to wait more than five minutes to be serviced.

Waited thirty + minutes for a woman who was late to her shift. Completely ruined my layers. She was cutting my hair while chatting up with her friends and didn’t even look like we was paying attention. When I asked her if she could use razor scissors she says she doesn’t do that. Guess the customer isn’t always right. The only reason I gave her a tip was because she was standing right there at the register. I hope she noticed how upset I was when I left. Never EVER going here again and will tell everyone I know not to go here. Worst experience I ever had. One side of my hair is shorter than the other and now I have to spend more money fixing it.

I go here all the time and absolutely love it. I’ve had my hair messed up so many times and I struggle going to new places. I get my work done by Chevy every time. Her and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always do an amazing job on my hair. If I could give 10 stars then I would.

This was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know what her name is but from reading the previous reviews below, she definitely is not Kaitllyn. This stylist was very rude and seemed like she did not want to work here. She walked in after her break with coffee bean in flip-​flops like she didn’t care about anything. The whole time she was working on my hair, she didn’t say one word. When I was paying, she stood in front of the cash register picking at her nail. She didn’t look at my face once as she charged me and asked how much I wanted to add for tip. I do not recommend her.

When my stylist moved away I knew I could count on Supercuts. Supercuts is excellent. Kaitllyn is wonderful. The first time I came here the receptionist had Katilyn do my hair and is excellent. The manager Vanessa also has done it and she has an equally great personality and strives to make you happy, even Mirna and others. I love the products they sell too. They are great for your hair. They keep your formula on hand for color and are very friendly. Cuts are great and stying is awesome. They even honor Autoclub members for discounts. Coffee Bean and Subway are in the same place if you are hungry. I don’t know why people complain about waiting. You don’t really have to wait long. If you call ahead when they open and ask for a certain stylist you won’t wait long. If you walk in you might wait a bit. but it isn’t long so people need to stop complaining. Everyone at this shop gets along; great rapport between stylists. The are open later during weekdays and on weekends.
A friendly happy place. Even Sami the receptionist is a doll.

I’ve been coming here now for a while, about 10 years. always cut my hair right. Clean cut and trimmed nicely around the ears. Keep up the Great customer Service…

Been coming here with my kids for well over 15 years. There is always a new face working on my kids so if you’re looking for a stable hair cutter that you can frequent each time this place is likely not for you. The wait isn’t overly long and right next door is a coffee bean if you want to grab a drink and relax while you wait. There is other places to eat as well so if you have kids you can leave them there and get a snack while you wait for them to get their hair cut. My kids all older by the way.

I have been going here for several years. I go to Vanessa and I think she is great. She listens to what you want and does a wonderful job. Vanessa is also excellent with color and weaving. She does a marvelous job of managing the shop. She sets a good example for the other stylists by being very professional and focused on her clients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very disappointing when I walk in and the girl assures me «oh just 10 minutes». What turns into 10 minutes turns into 35 minutes and then taking people that got there after me… this supercuts sucks!

My boyfriend, Tyler M, and I were visiting SoCal for the week and I was in dire need of a haircut, ASAP! Long hair and bangs in my eyes is not a good look for me and I didn’t have time to get it done before our trip. Thankfully on his last visit home he met Kaitlyn and suggested I visit her. Kaitlyn is super friendly and did an amazing job with my hair. She was meticulous, listened to what I wanted, and executed everything better than I even imagined. She took her time even though I went at a busy hour, as well!
Thank you Kaitlyn for everything you have done with my hair! I am constantly getting compliments on your cut! I wish you were in the Bay Area so I could see you all the time! Looks like I’m going to have to buy a plane ticket down there just for a haircut! ;)

Whenever I am down in LA visiting my family and need a hair cut I come here. Not only is it a good value, but everyone there is super friendly, including the receptionist Sammie!
I usually get my hair cut by Kaitlyn and she has always done a phenomenal job! She has great recommendations for products and I am always happy with my cut! Definitely check this place out if you are in the area and need a quick hair cut for a reasonable price.

I’m giving this location a five star because I love my stylist Amanda. Every time she cuts my hair I feel like I’m hanging with an old friend. She gives me a high price salon experience but at a fraction of the cost. I get my eye brows waxed, hair cut and washed for under $ 40.00!

Everytime, I come here, i get a great cut and i walk out pretty pleased for a cut under 20 $ or so (after i tip) They always seem to listen to what i want and not take off too much, but the last time they did insist on washing my hair first (yes, it was pretty raggedy) but no big whoop for a few bucks. It doesn’t compare to fancy salons where they feed you booze, but its convenient in the valley and cheap. holla.
