McDonald’s

I give this McDonald’s store 5 stars simply because of their customer service in the drive-​thru line. Whoever was the shift/​store manager between 1 and 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 5 was very accommodating. Of course, the food was on point and delicious. Thank you and keep it up.

The lady at the cashier she was rude. She ketp looking at my face. The girl give me my food she didn’t ask if I wanted keptup. She BITCHES. Plugs the french fries were cold and half was full. Like they fucking shit talk in Spanish and eating people food. Fuck up.

Waited an awfully long time for coffee. Just under 10 minutes. This is the norm although the nearest mcdonalds to my home.

This mc donalds does not even deserve one star honestly… i work at a fast food as a manager and i know what it is like to work there. overal, everytime i come here i leave dissapointed. I just got back from ordering my food and im dislike pickles and i requested no pickles and my hamburger with some extra ingredients. i did not recieve what i asked for. I got my reciept and wrapper for my hamburger as i asked but my hamburger itself was not what i asked for. this is not the first time this has happened to me. the cashiers are not friendly. well i am not coming here agian. i always end up leaving with the wrong order, having me wait long, and with a bad vibe from the cashiers.

STAY AWAY!!!
Their bread is ALWAYS stale. A dozen times so no more chances. I’ve been there at all times of the day and night and it makes no difference. Not a single time has their buns, biscuits or English muffins been fresh.
Good luck with that because I won’t be back. Go to another McDonald’s.

Very poor customer service, they should have a 3^rd window to fix all the wrong orders they give

Like I always say with McDonald’s or the like, there is not much that a review will do for people. I think just some pieces of info and notes that some may see before going but the food is normally pretty consistent. This particular Mac-​Do has got a very odd drive thru line that forces people to go around one of the lanes in the parking area and makes the process of parking much more complicated. Put it this way, this parking area is the worst I have seen at McDonalds since there are always cars trying to back out and people trying to get to the drive thru that just make is a cluster — fu**. Not too sure how they expected the speaker/​mic to work either since there is another box in front of one and I for one got confused as whether I should pull forward or what. Kinda just depends on if they start talking to you I guess.
Overall, food was fine, speed was great and the prices were the same.

Wow, This McDonalds sucks. I couldn’t make my order more clear it was simple. I ordered a hot cakes and sausage platter, frappé, sausage mcmuffin with egg, and 2 sausage burritos. I drive to the window to pay. I check my order tge burritos are missing. I tell the employee working the drive throu window all they can say is «you didn’t order burritos» I replied «yes I did» the guy just kept saying its not on the receipt. SMH this is the second time they screw up. If I were you I’d go elsewhere.

I’ve got to penalize them for getting my order wrong on the drive through despite confirming the special order when ordering then again when going to the 1^st window to pay, only to proceed to the pick-​up window to get the food…
…since it was a drive through and busy, we proceeded assuming it wouldn’t take a rocket scientist to get the order right… but I guess it might, since it was wrong.
Quarter Pounder «NO CHEESE» — — pretty simple in theory
In execution, a FAIL…
You can’t remove the cheese either as it’s melted on and becomes unsalvagable, rendered useless creating quite a frustrating situation.
For that, what could have been a * * * * or at worst a * * * rating review becomes a * * ranking. I’d feel bad giving a * based on my disgruntled and unsatisfied opinion, so will be kind enough to simply give it the «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» ranking since there’s also been other McDonald’s (as well as other fast food restaurants) who have screwed up the «No Cheese» special order request.

This location has problem with not giving receipts out to customers at 4AM. When I told them it would not be accepted they said I need to pull to the side to wait for computer system to reset. I told them no I am waiting right here until I get my receipt for my purchase. Wow it lonely took 5 mints and they gave me more change back.
They would not take credit card only cash. They had offered to break a $ 50.00 bill how manny mc Donald’s do you know that will break a $ 50 at 4:05AM for a $ 5 purchase

I’ve been to this mcdonalds more than twice, actually many times. But apparently I haven’t learned my lesson. Every time I go here they always get my order wrong, they always give me only two napkins, and they always forget to add the ketchup and straws. Maybe there’s a straw and ketchup shortage, who knows? Often times because I go drive thru I don’t go back, it makes me really mad that I have to go back, when I do go back.

Welp… Tried to go back and give it another shot. Maybe try some breakfast, with a different crew. Long behold.. Before I can pay for my food I see a fat arm hanging my hotcakes out of the Window. She looked so stupid doing that! Didn’t she feel stupid? I ordered my hash browns crispy.. (The way they are normally made) She hands me hash browns that felt like the were soaked in water. Why should I have to pull to the side to get something made the way they are supposed to be made. Now McDonald’s off of Studebaker & Rosecrans receives another one star for the fat bad attitude dummy thet hired.

Very cheerful service in the mornings for breakfast which is great because I’m not a morning person and its nice to get some decent customer service. Especially in the morning the start of the day. I’m sure I’m not the only one who disagrees with the ‘two lane anytime’ drive thru. Its always long in the morning and I’m sure a lot of drive thru rage has happened before. If I see both lanes are full I just walk right in order and bam the food is ready. I prefer their coffee over Starbucks… affordable and great taste!

This location never steps up to up there advertising & acts like your the idiot. Right now they are having a social happy hour on mc café drinks its to start 5÷12÷14 @ 2 – 5 by the sign when you final get to order they tell it dont start for another hour.

I was around this neighborhood at around 6 PM Sunday. I went here to order a Big Mac Meal. After eating it, I had upset stomach all night.
I then remember a friend in High School that was working at McDonald after school told me that if you piss them off, they will play hockey with your burger patty.
I don’t know if I piss them off, since I did not do or say anything but the standard order, but you never know with these food service workers. I will never eat at a McDonald again.
This will be the last review I will make of McDonalds, since there is no reasons for me to review a restaurants that I don’t eat at after this. As I am adding McDonalds to my list of restaurants that I will never eat at again.

I was on the Westside of Los Angeles and was a little bit hungry, not enough for a meal. I was going to go to the Liquor store and buy some snack. I saw a Mc Donald and thought about the dollar menu. If I get crappy food, the worst is I lost $ 1. I got a burger on the dollar menu. I ate it and it tasted like they put sand or dirt in between the burger or something. I guess they must have play hockey with my burger patty. My stomach was upset for awhile after that. Don’t take a chance at Mc Donald even if it is just the dollar menu. $ 1 is not much to lose if the food is crappy. But food poisoning is not worth it even if it is $ 1.

Don’t come here in the morning people to busy playing grab ass, to get your order right

Came here with my sister because we wanted coffee and noticed they have white chocolate mocha and was surprised that it was better then the one at Starbucks. It wasn’t to sweet and it want too strong it was just right.

Very fast drive thru! You can get as many sauces for your chicken as you wish for no extra charge! Just double check to make sure they give you the right ones! That’s why I only gave 4 stars! But as far as McDonald’s go, I’m glad I live near this one it’s pretty consistent

It’s a McDonald’s…
Um… Dining in is okay. There is a lot of seating, pretty spacious. There is a Play Place, and although I do have children, I dare not let them into the Play Place. Those things just seem creepy gross to me. I know I keep my children clean, but I cannot speak for everyone.
The drive-​thru is a usual for me. I’ve quick-​tipped that in the early mornings only one drive-​thru lane is available. The drive-​thru is fairly quick, whether there is one lane or two.
Just getting out of drive-​thru can be dicey. Not everyone can read that the lane directly out of the drive-​thru is Right Turn Only. In order to make a left turn (safely) turn left (like you’re gonna crash into the Play Place, then make a quick right, then patiently wait your turn to turn left, as Rosecrans can get pretty busy.
