I went here out of desperation, my regular nail salon lost my business because I had an 11:30a appointment but my technician took a walk-in before me and said she could not keep my appointment which I think is a horrible business model(this was at Vince’s nails in Perry Hall) and it was memorial day weekend so I was desperate and decided to give this place a try. It is possibly the worst nail experience I have EVER had and I’ve been to a lot of nail salons. I got a gel fill-in with a nail shape change from mountain peak to ballerina(you won’t be able to tell any shape from my photos because of how poor a job was done). I should have walked out right away when the woman started filling them in because of how clumpy she made the acrylic but I talked myself into being patient and giving it a shot. She ended up making both acrylic and gel polish so thick and clunky it looks like all my nails have humps. She also did not put a base coat on my nails which I did ask her about and she said they didn’t do base coats on fill ins because you don’t need it which is something I have never ever heard before. I also asked her for a design on my middle finger which was a mistake because she just drew lines on and they ended up peeling and looking awful because she did not allow the paint to dry before putting on the gel top coat. Overall, I hate my nails right now and am so disgusted that I am waking up at 10am in the morning to make phone calls to find a nail salon that is open on memorial day and can fix this catastrophe no matter the cost. This awful experience cost me $ 35 which is what I get I guess because normally my fill-ins are at least $ 45 so I got what I paid for I guess. I would go back and complain but I had such a negative experience I would rather go pay somewhere else to get what I want.

Zero stars!!! Not even 24 hours after my pedi, my toe is infected! Stay away from this place. They don’t even use lotion! She used oil all over my legs. Now I have an appointment with a podiatrist because my toe has become worse and worse since last night. I will never ever go back to this place again. Update: podiatrist had to surgically fix my infected toenail today… STAYAWAYFROMTHISSALON!!!

This is the first time I have gone here. My nail tech was Kelly. I like the way my nails turned out I got gel Polish put on and got my toes done with regular polish but same color. Just polish on both no mani or pedi. Luckily I didn’t have to wait it was slow. Besides the lady looking like she was in a super bad mood it wasn’t a bad experience just a bit awkward. I wouldn’t mind going again. I payed 32 and left her a 8 dollar tip. They are located in the mall of whitemarsh next to Macy’s home.

I lovelovelove this salon. They take time on your acrylics, and don’t mess up. They’re so nice. Of course I’m going there again!

It’s hit or miss for me at this place. I love the woman who’s bra always shows, she’s does awesome pedicures! Henry is so sweet and is a BEAST when it comes to mani’s. This visit was a little BLAH but they are professional and you never have to wait long to get service.

First time at salon. Got Deluxe pedicure for $ 42. The basic pedi at $ 25 + $ 5 extra for polish removal is a bit cheesy pricing structure; however, the Deluxe was worth the extra $$. Great massage & service by Cindy. Will be back.

simply put racist! do not use the nail spa services. to think i supported this spa and to be misled regarding the price. the young lady at the counter began to raise her voice the minute i questioned her about the quote she gave me. then things got worse when i wanted to talk to the manager and he raised his voice to me as well. he even resulted to saying«you people» to me. i am beyond disappointed in the customer service! i work very hard for my money and chose to take my mother for mothers day for a spa day. i paid for my services but will never never never never ever ever return again!!! please listen to what i say. the manager has no respect for the client! let alone a minority client which he is as well, its very strange that he would treat me with such disrespect! if zero stars were an option this spa would receive it!

I have been coming to this place off and on since it opened. Nails, hair, eyebrows, and now my kids have even gotten their hair cut. I’ve had a couple of so-so experiences but nothing that wouldn’t grow back. UNTILTODAY. My son has been getting his hair cut here for about a year and a half. He went with his aunt, my sister, to get his hair cut earlier today. He usually has one stylist in particular cut his hair, but today she wasn’t in. So he went with another stylist. She jacked up his hair from the first snip. Then another stylist tried to help. Then another. Then they attempted to CHARGE him for the cut! My sister asked for the manager who then got irate with them. They were told that if they didn’t want to pay then they didn’t have to but they shouldn’t ever come back. NOT that we will. SERIOUSLY?! I told his regular stylist to call us when she gets a job somewhere else. I haven’t had my nails done here in almost a year. The last time I did, I came back the next day(already in the mall for something else) and asked them to fix one. I got nothing but lip. Really? You mess up my nail and give me attitude? This place has become a mess. If we are going to be treated like this, I would prefer it be at a place that has chairs that aren’t falling apart. People are paying them for a service. It would be nice to get it.

I didnt have time for my usual spot so I went here. Located in White Marsh mall, its convenient but very busy. I was lucky to get in because 10 minites into my pedi, other walk ins were asked to come back 45 to an hour later. Is the wait worth it? Not sure. My pedi was good, the technician was very nice but massaged my leg a little rough with the scrub. The mani was good. Just average, no water was used, instead a cuticle cream was used with heat. The spa pedi/mani package is $ 33 which is decent. I would go again since Nancey was so sweet, but if I was asked to come back an hour later, I wouldnt.

I went in for a Shellac manicure. This turned out ok, however not quite as perfectly finished as I would like, and the massage was a little lame. I think that for the cost of this manicure($ 40) to then include tip, it could have been a bit nicer.

This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done and Dursilla is the only one I will let touch them. Every time I get my eyebrows done I’m always getting complimented on how amazing they look(which I love). I also love that before she begins waxing, she takes a wax pencil and will trace the area that is being waxed instead of just beginning to wax. She’s also an aesthetician so she also helps me with tips on how to better care for my skin.

This is my «go to» spot for pedicures. It’s in White Marsh Mall so the hours(mall operating hours) and location are convenient for me. They also offer manicures and waxing, but I don’t get manicures and I do my waxing at home. Getting a pedicure is a rare treat for myself that I get about three times a year and it’s usually here. If I go elsewhere it’s because of a sweet Groupon or Living Social deal. As soon as you walk in, you sign in on a sheet with your name, time and the service that you want done. They are almost always busy, but the wait is usually not too long and if it is, you can just walk around the mall and come back if you’re not in a hurry. Although the technicians don’t speak English very clearly and are sometimes hard to understand, they are all friendly and great at what they do. The pedicure chairs have built in massagers that are oh so relaxing while sitting back and getting pampered. A regular pedicure($ 23) with a callus scrub(gross I know, $ 5) is what I usually stick to and plus tip, this is a price that I can be happy with. They charge extra for painted designs or a French pedicure, but I am fine with picking a cool color from their 100 or so they have on the wall.
