Clarks Shoes

Had good experience with a pair purchased 2 years ago. Decided to try their online service — free shipping and returns returned free or to the store. Ordered 3 pair; one fit great, others too tight. Went to the store to return 2 and hoping to be able to find replacements. Had a helpful sales person, and found a shoe to fit after trying on 3 styles. She knew the shoes and could provide some guidance.
Those Rockport I had lost their bounce within 2 weeks! Will be back to check Clarks when my Birkenstocks go (they’re not what they used to be either)

Don’t expect this store to honor the Clarks commitment to customer satisfaction. I bought a pair of Clarks at the Clarks Outlet in Birch Run while I was on that area (over an hour from my home in Livonia) Two weeks later a button fell off and I called the Birch Run store, they apologized for the manufacturing defect and told me I could exchange them through ANY Clarks store, regular or outlet, and that the closest store was at 12 Oaks.
When I went to 12 Oaks, with the box, receipt, shoes and all, I was told they could not order a replacement and that the best they could do was a credit for my shoes on a similar looking pair of Unstructured shoes that were twice the price. Called Birch Run again before I left the mall, the shoes were indeed available to order, Birch Run, is having them shipped to my home with a return label for original shoes. No charge, which they assure me, is the true Clarks philosophy. So I’m happy with Clarks, 12 Oaks store, not so much.

I know I am really picky about shoe shopping. Unfortunately, I am even worse when it comes to winter boots. I know this because I went to seven stores this weekend looking for the perfect pair (and size) of boots that I could wear for work. I had visited Clarks a few weeks ago, but hoping they had gotten some new stock I stopped back in. I immediately found four different styles of boots I wanted to try on and snagged a sales woman. She was so helpful and nice, even though the store was obviously busy she gave me quite a bit of attention and went out of her way to get me the correct sizes and give me information about the boots themselves. I did end up buying a pair (finally!) and they were even on sale. What a great experience!

What a great store! Customer service is excellent – and that was on a busy Sunday afternoon. Busy, because they have some fantastic sales right now.
Regarding the boots in a women’s size 10 – yes, my wife bought a pair, black suede, totally hot.
For men, great selection. Casual or dress – the outcome is comfortable shoes at a reasonable price.

Great shoe & sandal collection. clarks produces ecellent quality product, prices are not the lowest but often you get what you pay for & clarks delivers. This store has great customer service.

Do you know how hard it is to find fashionable winterproof boots in a women’s size 10?
It’s incredibly hard. It doesn’t help that I’m picky and frugal. Having received a nice lump of money over the holidays, I stopped in at Clarks to see what selection they had to offer.
And I found it, a beautiful black boot. Waterproof, Insulated. And soooooooft. And pretty.
I was helped quickly into a size ten of the brown. Surprisingly, they were too tight. Then, I was assisted into a size ten wide of the brown. It was perfect… almost. I really like black. It matches everything!
After looking through several sources, the clerk couldn’t help me get the pair in my exact size. However, he definitely tried! I was very happy with the service. I even left with a pretty teal wallet.
Of all the shoe stores I went to in the mall, only Clarks had the kind of shoes and service I was hoping for.
