McDonald’s

Fries were stale and cold. Burger was cold. Drive through personnel were less than friendly. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Website states they’re open until 11pm, I pull in at about 10:30ish and they were closed.

One of the worst Mcdonalds. Everytime I order a smoothie or Frappé, I feel cheated. They never fill it like most other Mcdonalds. Large is the size of medium is the size of small… I only go because they are the only one near and I get craving some time, although I try to avoid them as much as I possibly can.

The staff is always helpful and nice. The food is always good. Every time I order from here it look like it does on the menu. I would recommend this place to anyone.

All I want to say about the this place is it’s dirty, and the hole crew need to be out of there, with new and improved costumer service. Good luck trying to place your order, and cross your fingers they get it right!

One of the finest place back on my childhood days but not its a waste of time coming here.
Never order burgers here because they serve cold uncooked burgers that might get your stomach ache in an instant.
Never ask for tissues because they will never give it. The last I requested a tissue, I waited over 3 hours, and no tissue cam on my table. A big disappointment on my side.

Pretty busy location. All the staffs are behind the counter. Would be nice if the staffs check on the seating area. Dirty tables and floor. Also the soda machine area… messy! Need to refill straws, lids and napkins.
There is kids playground area. Crowded and dirty. Since some parents didn’t clean up the mess on the table and on the floor, the staffs should come and check on it. Bad presentation.

Love the play place it is the biggest I’ve encountered but its absolutely filthy. I don’t consider myself a germ freak but this place needs a power wash. High chairs are disgusting. At one point a group of kids came running up to their mom to show them a nest of ants they found in the basketball area. Ew! Don’t think I’ll bring my kids back even though they love the air hockey. Hopefully they step it up.

Cleanest McDonalds’s I’ve ever been to. There was one worker who no kidding was cleaning the entire time I was there.

It’s a beautiful building! Service wasn’t very pleasant and the Ice Coffee… what’s going on with that??? Like they added alittle coffee to milk!

Ice Coffee in CA is nice and strong! Forget McD’s ice coffee in MI, I went to Dunkin Donuts and enjoyed an Ice Coffee that tastes GOOD!

Looks-​wise, this is a very nice McDonald’s. I’ve been here a few times, usually before or after a 12 Oaks mall trip, and the service is usually good.
They renovated it a few years ago, I think, and there’s a lot of wood paneling. I also like that it has really nice booths and although the store isn’t very big, there are separator columns and whatnot throughout that make it seem bigger.

Yes all McDonalds should be the same, but they aren’t. Ordered Iced Coffee tasted & looked watery, after that experience went to Dunkin Donuts, much better Iced Coffee, happy/​helpful employees.

Hands down stickiest, dirtiest McD’s. Every table, chair was dirty. Floor was sticky and wet. Pop was flat and diet was not hooked up to diet. Milk was expired. Southern chicken sandwich was the worst sandwich I have had in the history of sandwiches. Will not be back to this location ever.

McDonalds, they are all the same or they should be. Thus on is a fav of the kids because it still has a play area, I’m sure the lawyers will have that closed down soon enough.
Nuggets we good, fries could have been fresher, soda was cold… what else you looking for? Bathrooms & dining room were clean & the staff took order order and got it right :-)
It was as expected, I come again and again as the kids can play and I can catch up in Unilocal or work for that matter if I brought my laptop.
This McDonalds has wifi

I expected this operator own establishment to be set to a higher standard than corporate. The first thing you see is garbage stacked up to the tray shelf and dusty salty floors that have been tracked all over the restaurant. Good luck getting a acknowledgement from the cashier, she stood there as a stiff, didn’t budge from her spot, I don’t think she even blinked! Literally from the time I ordered to getting my food, not a single verbiage from the employees. Then you have to hear kids crying and screaming because there’s not a door divider, only a 20ft wall with 2 entryway, between the play place and the dining area.
As you are eating, there’s debris all over the floor, pop area completely demolished by any condiment left in that store. Overall the food was great, but the appearance and customer service skills completely dissatisfying. They had more than enough crew members working from what I saw and with it being after their lunch peak (Slow shift) it clearly showed that the manager wasn’t running that place.

Over the last couple of months this location’s customer service has slowly gone down hill. The other day I waited 15 minutes for my order just to learn the cashier had forgot about it. They also get your order wrong ½ of the time.

I know, I know… why review a McDonald’s? Well, I like this location. All McDonald’s are the same to me, which of course, is part of the business model, so it never matters to me which one I go to. But I like this location because its on my way to work and often where I will get my morning coffee. I almost always go through the drive-​thru, but I have gone inside a couple of times. The dining room is roomy, clean and modern. I’ll keep coming back because coffee is decent, the egg mcmuffins are tasty and the drive-​thru service is fast and friendly… so thats A-​OK in my book!
