Reading through these reviews, it wasn’t the employees I had an issue with, it was the blonde manager. She was extremely rude to me and doesn’t know anything about customer service. I would have expected that out of everyone there, a manager would know how to treat her customers appropriately. Unfortunately, she had no clue how to do this. There’s a jewelry store down the road from my home, I will now be taking my service there rather than this location. I’m not sure who hires these girls, but it looks like several people have had problems with them. How sad. The employees at McDonalds are more professional and polite than the manager at this high end jewelry store.

My husband returned to this establishment, this past week, so that he could purchase the St. Patrick Day charm. The customer service at this location is poor. There were only 2 – 3 girls working and they just seem so not interested, as if they have looked at those beads so many times and they are sick of looking at them again… and having to talk about them again. Fortunately, he knew exactly what he wanted, but when the girls are servicing other customers(showing beads/charms.)you wait and wait and wait. So a 10 minute(at most), in and out, could last you30 minutes. While showing a bead, the girls could quickly assess if the next customer has a quick choice, or is going to need some time in looking at the beads. There is a jewelry store right by my house and I believe they carry the charms. I think we will check out other locations rather than using the pandora store.
