I had the most amazing Valentines Day massage. I felt so relaxed. It was my first time there. The staff were polite. They made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning for another massage.

Just had my 1^st massage there and it was excellent. I will definitely be going back and hopefully the quality is consistent.

Despite being a massage addict, I really never thought I would convince myself to buy a monthly membership at a massage franchise – however my experience tonight changed my mind completely. Elements Nutley is fantastic starting with the attentive front desk staff (I believe her name was Kaitlin) to the warm décor that definitely sets it apart from other massage membership locations (they are often cold and uninviting).
Tonight I had a 90 minute massage (they were able to be fit me in last minute because I woke with a stiff neck and sciatic pain from a strenuous workout).
Katie B. was my massage therapist and she was amazing. Her great uplifting energy made me feel super comfortable. When I first arrived she asked me if I had any current problem areas I would like her to help with so I explained what I was feeling and she worked with just enough pressure to loosen my muscles without any discomfort at all (kindly checking in with me a couple of times throughout to see how I was feeling).
I left feeling relaxed, soothed, and basically in a relaxation daze. I booked another appointment with her for next month and I’ll be signing up for my membership when I return. A++, Katie is a gem!

There was a mishap on my first visit. Without details, I just want to thank Katlin and Emily for addressing. Both my husband and I have plenty of massage experience, so we know. I had a Massage Envy membership years ago because of convenience but was bored quickly. I have had 2 very talented MTs I’ve seen the last few years. They’re in the therapeutic sports type range. Deep, firm, sometimes a little «too» therapeutic. Been looking to see if I could try something different, a few different folks that can offer a sweeping, yet targeted massage. Both my husband and I say… Kate is The Bomb! She takes care of you with deliberate effort, with no rush through the motions, addressing trigger points without jack hammering you. Lovely, professional. And while I do want to try others, she’s absolutely a repeat visit! They’re lucky to have her.

I was a previous member but unfortunately can’t afford a monthly membership but I still go there from time to time because I feel some loyalty to this place. Scheduling is so easy, and I have never experienced a rude staff here. The place is so clean. Keep it up Elements! The best MT I have had were from this spa!

Great pre wedding day with my daughters and this was the final stop. Great service and a massage to die for. I really needed that and Patty, did a wonderful job. I will come back here again.

Very friendly staff and great local place to get a massage. Interesting about the chocolates, too bad they were not my favorite kind. I would definitely go back there again.

Both me and my wife very happy with our couple massage. Jimena and Vanessa were excellent. Relief from tension in my back that came from a pulled muscle. I left very relaxed and tension free.

Cozy massage rooms with heated beds and soft linens. The service exceeded our expectations from check-​in to the massage. Brandi and Jimena provided the right level of pressure to relieve stress/​tension and were attentive to my sister’s and my needs. It was our first experience with a 55 minute massage, and we plan to extend our future massages to 80 minute for much needed pampering and relaxation.

I purchased a groupon package for this particular Elements, because their reviews far surpassed other locations. even though I live down the block from another one! I loved my experience there. I have 2 left and will probably become a member!!!

Good place to get a massage. Price is the same (or almost) like Massage Envy– $ 59 a month with 1 massage included and succeeding sessions would be $ 49 for that same month.
The place is clean. Nice heated beds and chocolates as a welcome treat!
My massage therapist is Damian and he did a very good job on relieving my neck and upper back pain from work stress. He is more of Firm to deep pressure though. Good for male and athlete clients looking for complete mobilization of muscles and fascia. Will recommend him!
Will def come back when they have good deals– their Groupon deal (3 for $ 110) is better than in-​store deal (2 for $ 120).

I love this place! The price is right — their membership is so much more realistic than Massage Envy and the service so much more personal. Go and try. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a Groupon for three 30 minute sessions and it is definitely worth it. I still have two more sessions to go, but I can see myself returning after I’ve used those. My therapist was very nice and worked on the areas I needed most. She applied the right amount of pressure and even showed me some stretches I could do to help alleviate my tight spots. It is a simple spa, but what more do you need? They have aromatherapy or hot stone that you can upgrade on to your session as well. Great place overall!

Love Elements. I’ve been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Scheduling is very easy and the hours are very accommodating to, a busy schedule.

Booked a 55-​minute massage as part of their 2-​for-​1 deal. The place was very relaxed and clean. Massage was great! The therapist was not chatty (a definite plus), but very attentive and asked at a few points if the pressure was okay. Overall, a really nice experience, and well worth the special!

It’s in a very good location, plenty of parking around (metered). I got a tip from a former MT who now works here (Jose’) and decided to give this place a try. It’s another franchised membership massage business, so be aware of that when you go in, they’re going to want you to sign up for a membership. But unlike Massage Envy, this place is much more relaxed, low-​key and has a natural feel to it. The waiting room is inlaid with wood, harmonious colors of nature, and neutrals. You definitely don’t get an IN-​and-​OUT burger feel like that of Massage Envy.
I go for the 55 minute massage, but they have longer times available as well. No pushiness here, just a good massage. And they give you a whole bottle of water afterwards, not like the chintzy cup at ME.
