Before aldis was the powerhouse economical savior it has become to many, it had been the forefront of my family’s groceries for well over a decade. I know it all too well, have a quarter ready for a cart and prepare to double or triple the amount of grocery whilst spending half or less than any other market… Even Wal-​Mart…
I love that this place has been currently revamping its market’s options and has begun to fulfill some healthy and eclectic foody tastes. It has a general flow of where items in the store are to be found and this is comforting to its regular customers. It’s typical for recurring customers to really fill up a cart from two from top to bottom and slam out a grocery store trip very quickly.
That can be contributed to its always hard at with employees. The aisles constantly restocked and friendly clerks tearing through long lines with a smile. I like that they are the same staff, it doesn’t seem like there is a high turnover rate with employment and I think this makes this chain market store kind of intimate. They are a team and it shows to the consumer. Yes, they big contribution to a pleasant run through the store.
I visit this store quite a bit during the week, there is never a need to go any where else. My wallet is safe here… It went be empty. Odds always super crowded. Don’t be impatient, it’s worth investing your time and money here. They don’t except credit cards, this is to save the consumer money with their prices, which I might add have barely increased in the last ten years. Bring a quarter for a cart, you get it back at the end. Them not having to pay a cart person saves you money. One last thing, I highly recommend you bring your own shopping bags or buy their reusable canvas bags as they do charge for their paper and plastic bags. It’s cheap but hey, we can save the world by keeping it green. In the middle of the aisles they have containers filled with boxes from stock. You can use those if you don’t want to buy bags, they are free of charge. Thank you aldi’s in ofallon!
