Greysons Produce Stand

I am excited to have found this little gem. My son and I stopped in on our way home to check it out. We bought rhubarb, kiwi, carrots, cilantro, apples, green beans, corn, mangos, celery, and sweet potatoes… all for $ 22. They have a rewards card that once you spend $ 100, you get $ 10 in free produce. We will be back!

For decades there has always been a produce stand at this location, but over time it seems a name has changed. I’m not too sure, I didn’t see this place on Unilocal so I decided to add the business on here because I am a fan of locally owned businesses. Sure, there is nothing more convenient than your massive grocery market across the street, but I’ll be honest. I don’t mind making the extra pit stop to take a look and buy some truly locally made products. There’s just something about it to me. In my mind I’m buying produce and products from areas I’ve been to and seen. I feel like they were grown and made with heart and passion…
In regards to the staff, they were very welcoming and helpful. If you have any questions concerning the products they possess, they’ll have no problems discussing their vendors and the relationships they have with them. Greyson’s produce will accept cash, credit and debit. I’m not to sure about checks. If I remember correctly, in the spring they had a massive amount of plants, flowers, and seeds for sale. Not so much anymore, it’s a little bare at the moment. I believe they are just concentrating on the summer seasonal items typically for sale. One great thing that they have (and I’ve mentioned this in a tip) is that they give away some free capri sun drinks for the kids. I thought that was nice, it’s a hot summer and the stand is outdoors so, great thinking for the little ones.
