My Apple juice had funky stuff in it. so did the second cup. It wasn’t pulp it looked like food particles. and my Belgium waffle was flavorless. The butter I was given didn’t add any flavor. My fiancé had over easy eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. He liked it. I guess sweet breakfast isn’t their strong suit, as their pancakes remind me on McDonald’s spongy hotcakes they take out of the freezer and microwave, and their French toast tastes like a raw cinnamon stick. If you’re looking for a good sweet breakfast. go to ihop.

The food was overpriced and terrible. We used to eat there about once a week. Last night was the final straw. I got pot roast. It had mashed potatoes, carrots, onions, and gravy. What’s missing here? The actual MEAT! And they charged $ 11 for that. My husband’s hamburger was half soggy and half stale. No more.

We ordered breakfast to go only to get home to find ANTS in the apple butter container. Two photos were uploaded of the container. I called the store manager, Eric, to tell him of the situation and he simply said he would pull the containers. In NO way was I looking for a free meal, well because once you see ants like that in your food you tend not to want to go back to the establishment. Eric apologized, but he didn’t even offer to refund our meal or anything for that manner. He was very casual about the conversation almost as if it wasn’t a big deal. Eric’s lack of customer service of the situation was very poor. It’s pretty safe to say we won’t be back. Ants belong outside not inside my food. NASTY!

With an empty restaurant, we waited 20 minutes for a table for two. When the lady started seating other walk ins, my husband asked her what the deal was. She acted as if she had never seen us before, like she hadn’t walked by and made eye contact for the last 20 minutes! He pointed to his name and we then walked out to go to Cappuccinos restaurant down the street where we were seated and had ordered within 10 minutes! Save your day, go somewhere else!!!

Not sure where to start. The blueberry pancakes are not blueberries, but craisins, the service was incredibly slow, the hot chocolate refills were more like muggy water. The sausage links were not link, but pattys that were hard as rubber. I’m missing Norms in California right about now. :( Bye bye o’fallon

We recently moved into the area. We ate at other BobEvans locations many, many times. We have tried St. Charles, and today the O’Fallon store. In both cases, we found the store extremely dirty. The restroom was deplorable. I had the chicken pot pie, my favorite, and the filling was just like milk with a few veggies in the milk. My husband had the barbecue pork sandwich and cole slaw. There was shredded cheese on his sandwich plate{?}. We will never go back to either location again. I gave it one star, because it would not accept the review with no stars.

I have eaten at a Bob Evans in St. Peters and the experience was fine. Recently I went to the O’Fallon location and I would never go back again. Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes before our server came to our table. We went ahead and ordered our meals and our drinks at that time. We then had to wait an hour for our food to come. Not only did they mess up parts of the order, they also overcooked the majority of the food. The waitress did not even comment on the long wait and when we commented on the missing food item instead of bringing out the item that we wanted, she said she would just take it off the bill. Then when we went to check out the cashier was texting and we stood there a few minutes before she looked up and noticed us. She then proceeded to apoligize as she finished typing her text message. Her excuse was that«my fiancé is blowing up my phone». Then she asked us if we left a tip on the table… which I have never been asked before and I found it very rude. Then the cashier argued with another employee on whether it was ok to ask that question or not. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a restaurant, and I will never make the mistake of going back again. I would not recommend this Bob Evans to anyone.
