McDonald’s

I went into McDonald’s tonight to have dinner. This is my local McDonald’s and I go there quite often. Tonight I couldn’t get over how dirty the place was. I was able to look around the dining area and see that most of the tables needed wiping down. The trash cans were full. There was debris’s on the floor. The soda machines look to be in disrepair they were missing faceplates and generally looked like crap. The catchup dispensers both of them were in operable. As we walked through the doors we could look down behind the counter and see a pile of trash right around the drive-​through window that the crew apparently was cleaning up but you could still see trash on the floor there. I was with the group and every person I was with stated the same things how dirty the place was tonight. I noticed that the Redbox machine was gone. In the small alcove where it once stood there was a ladder and various other things that probably should’ve been put away in the back. It was very disappointing their regional or local managers need to look at this and correct it. This is how people get fired.

The staff has always been courteous and helpful when we go. They get our order right most of the time. (You have to have reasonable expectations from fast food places.) We like to sit in the seat by the fireplace on chilly days or on the chairs that spin from side to side. Lately the happy meal toy display has not been maintained to let us know what toy to expect. I wish there were a play place and a step stool in the bathroom.

Family tradition is to get McDonalds breakfast on the weekend. Our order is never correct. Always missing something (a breakfast sandwich, missing a hash brown, incorrect beverages). It has been incorrect for the past 4 weeks. This is getting old folks. With a big long line rushing you out of the drive through line — I don’t have time to double check your work. Maybe the staff should double check their orders. Please.

Wanted to try new quarter pounders. Bad Idea, Cold hamburger and cold Fry’s. Sooo disappointing.

Terrible store, even though they moved to a new building, they brought the same lazy slobs with them. This place is ALWAYS a filthy dump with terrible service. Go to lebanon instead.
