I go to this Starbucks quite often on my way to work at wee hours of the morning. Always amazing customer service and the Baristas are helpful, polite and make you want to come back because of their positive attitudes.

dealt with the usual traffic jam trying to even get into the lot… went inside and order a brewed çoffee and a sandwich. After I gave her my order, the barista asked if I wanted a pastry or sandwich. Did you not even listen to what you ring up or do you just rattle off the same line to everyone? I got the coffee but then after almost 10 minutes, no sandwich. Go back to the counter and ask for the status of my sandwich. Oops I guess someone enjoyed my sandwich. So… they start another. A few minutes more, the same barista from earlier brings over the sandwich finally. Of course, by this point, another customer was waiting for her sandwich. The barista tells the customer I must have taken her sandwich. I correct her saying I was waiting for over 10 minutes before this woman even in the building. The other customer understood but the barista never apologized to either of us. Not the first time I have a subpar experience at this location or even with this barista. Only will go to this location if it is difficult to get to another Starbucks. Very disappointing.

Stopped by here when the power was out the other day, and the employees were as accommodating as they could have been given the circumstances! They were really funny and friendly. Eventually the power did come back on and the coffee shop started filling up. There were plenty of outlets and the chairs were comfortable.

Just fine — there was a new barista here, and she was so amused by everything. It was charming, really. Nice people, a pretty typical Starbucks with plenty of seating.

Ordered my coffee and grabbed a chair just inside the front door. Unfortunately, this seating isn’t visible to staff(only customers). I had to move two large used coffee mugs in order to set my cup down on the small table. There’s another mug with a wadded up napkin on the table next to the chair to my left. Never saw staff beyond the counter during 30 minute stay. Did hear staff explain to a customer why there are so many cars in the parking lot. Evidently it’s because they are training. Almost empty store and a lot of discussion behind the counter. Asked for refill on the way out only to be told they had dumped their decaf and I could have regular if I’d like. Didn’t offer to brew more. Counted six or seven employees present. Hopefully just a bad day for this Starbucks, but enough to keep me going elsewhere. #qualitycontrol #installamirror #wheresrobertirvine [frequent customer at other Starbucks; gold member /star collector]

Ahh. My homeland. My Mecca. Starbucks. Where do I begin? I have been going to this Starbucks so long, I can pull up to the drive-thru and they tell me my order. It’s a glorious feeling to be a «regular». There is something about this Starbucks over any other. That my friends, is love. Love in a white and green cup with a little cardboard hug. I get the same thing every time, and from time to time, they give me a new suggestion and if I don’t like it, well then they will get me something else. But, I can say that has only happened once, I’ve really enjoyed their suggestions. The drive-thru is fast and insanely efficient. Drinks are hot and on point. There is plenty of caramel drizzle to go around. They even showed me the new Starbucks App so I don’t even have to get my card out anymore and the can scan my phone. Now, how cool is that? Tech support and a latte. Brilliant. If you are a Starbucks regular, I highly recommend reloading a gift card and registering it. There a ton of perks(like free drinks) to doing this, and you can reload it on the fly!
