Staybridge Suites Ofallon Chesterfield

The Internet connection here is so bad that I was unable to give them feedback on their survey. Simple web pages timed out and forget about getting any work done after hours.
If you cater to the business person, please provide usable Internet.
Rooms are clean, food is free TWTh, workout room is better than a lot of other places. Outdoor pool and grill area.
I like the spacious rooms but like I said, the Internet connection is unusable (leaving this review from my phone).

Staff is very friendly. I guess it was recently renovated so it now looks more like the one near my house I stayed at. We’ve been here two weeks now and will be here a little longer.
A couple small issues: our key cards keep disabling. Which wouldn’t be so bad except when I’m taking the dog who has anxiety issues out my goal is to avoid people and waiting. And they have four washers and two dryers. Which stinks when you actually have to do laundry.
Food is okay. I’ve eaten every breakfast here. (Except Easter Sunday) the eggs are over salted for my liking and make me question if someone’s cholesterol is rising. And the cheese omelette I avoid but my 5 year old can’t get enough of them. The breakfast pizza is delicious. The dinner nights are fun you can tell some of the groups that come through enjoy the social. I’m not into wine or beer so I’m not having the adult drinks.
Extras they have the wifi and they have an outdoor pool. Which when I found out I was like darn seriously. Good news the hotel nextdoor (sister hotel) has an indoor. Bad news they over chlorinate probably because they’re renovating. And don’t have time to check in. Anyways. They’re working on building an outdoor living room of sorts with a fire pit or outdoor fireplace??? I simply overheard the super nice manager telling a very obvious regular. There is a brick circle in between the two hotels which makes the nice days wonderful to sit outside. As I mentioned they have laundry and it’s free and the exercise room. As well as computers for use with a printer.
I’ve had some hiccups in my room particularly that they were very fast to fix. I needed a vacuuming after my two year old decided to track food all over the room. It was done within 15 minutes. I had a non reading DVD player. They basically came down right away. The new one wouldn’t work and within 5 minutes a man came and fixed the input cords so they worked. :) my blow dryer (an older model) turned on and immediately stopped working. I asked for a new one for the next morning they offered to bring it down right away but made sure to ask if I was staying up. I informed them I remembered in my off to sleep zone. They said they could bring it in the morning but I told them I’d just pick it up :) it was waiting for me and was a nice little new gem.
All in all five people and a dog had a nice wonderful stay. We were accommodated beautifully and the building is well on its way to five stars the staff is there already. Ps pay attention to the boards in front.

This place is weathering well. I have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years.
The Suites have plenty of space, strong showers, and excellent WiFi even at the ends of the building wings.
The staff was friendly coming and going.
No problems here.
