This is the second time we stayed here. The first time the overnight desk clerk came out with dried drool on her face and this time her hair was unkempt and she was extremely rude both times. When we got to the room we noticed the shampoo bottle was used and missing the lid, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you felt it down, grout was missing in bathtub and it had mold, room was dusty but the one night stand had a thick covering of dust, all the elevator doors and buttons were crusty, hot and cold water in the shower was reversed, and they had a random blue extention cord running up the wall in our room.

Stayed here the last 3 nights, room was nice, hotel breakfast was wonderful. The water in shower is so soft it feels oily, just not used to that. My biggest complaint was that I booked the hotel the night before and was never told that the outdoor pool was closed! (I had actually googled hotels with outdoor pools!) The indoor pools smelled so strongly of chlorine, that it was difficult to stay in the pool room ! I felt that we deserved a discount or a choice to change hotels! We are from California and love the sun, unable to enjoy the pool! I would recommend if the pool is working, decent hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting families. It is a hidden gem just outside of the o’fallon city limits. Staff is always kind and caring. now. Anytime I’ve had a issue that have corrected it promptly. Pool is a bit small but I don’t always have time to swim.

Booked through Priceline for $ 130. The hotel is clean and without a smell. In room we have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The hotel has a business center with two computers an outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool, and hot breakfast served in the morning.
Very satisfied with price and quality.

my husband and I enjoy this hotel a lot. It’s far enough from the house that we feel like we are getting away when we stay here, but not so far that we have a long drive there and home. We like to go have dinner in the area and then have a nice quiet night at this hotel.
Staff is very very friendly. The rooms are clean and don’t stink like stale old smoke. The breakfast is always hot, varied and plentiful.
The hotel sits right next a golf course, so the view and property is very nice.

I have stayed here twice, and I enjoy this for a business hotel. This is a nice hotel for business travel. They have comp breakfast in the morning in their main area.
There is plenty of parking, an exercise room (which has about 4 machines in it and one tv) and the rooms are nice.
They use the Neutrogena Clean samples for the bathroom shampoo and conditioner and lotion.
I was disappointed this time when I visited… I was there 6 days and the house keeping didn’t replenish or serve my room about 3 days in that week. (otherwise i would have given it a higher rating).
Overall service was nice and they were great… but based out of the inconsistant room service that put it down.

That’s what this place should be called. Here for a wedding nearby, and the staff had no clue about the blocked rooms, no clue where to get food, and no clue how to be considerate. For real? Yes, for real.
