The store policy here is tough but sometimes policy is just policy. The brand itself is not doing well so when it comes to returning money I wouldn’t be surprised if they just didn’t have it… Last I heard the company was I the verge of bankruptcy. With that said, the ladies that work in the ship are very nice. I don’t think that they get paid commission and yet they are super helpful and nice overall. The shop is beautiful: always tidy and not messy. Good sale section too! The brand itself I like very much –trendy and stylish clothing for an upscale outing. About 50% of my clothes are from here. However I will say that some items are more durable than others, most of my items have been holding up for years now.

I do not want to give this store a star but I has no choice. The store manager was extremely rude and refused to help me in this situation. In Septemeber I spent $ 229.30 and was told i was able to return the items. I came to the Oak Brook location and the store manager said«It is up to the store managers disgression to return items,» I asked who that was and she said«I am the store manager.» So she did not want to return the item. I have worked in retail for over 10 years and understand the economy is hard, especially for retailers. I also understand good customer service to loyal customers. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store. I still have not received my money back. I work now in corporate sales business to business and know this is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I have called several times to customer service. They have a voicemail box set up rather than live people. I did not receive a call back. I have called my bank to help solve this issue and BCBG faxed my bank a copy of their store policy. I called again today and left a voice message to their mailbox. I need some customer service from BCBG. Overall the Oak Brook location has horrible customer service. The store manager has an attitude and lack basic customer service skills. I will only go to the Oak Street location in down town Chicago, if I were to shop at BCBG again. I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to the corporate office.
