From a guys perspective, variety of clothing to choose from. 2 floors and has a small guys section as well. So if your a fam of forever 21 this is definitely a location to check out

I wanted them to look up some items for me on the phone before making a grand trek out to Oak Brook. The woman on the phone said they are too busy to look up my item numbers from the website. Granted I’m sure it was pretty busy, but they could have suggested looking it up at a later time and a bad attitude didn’t help the situation either. Doesn’t sound like they care about their customers…

They have a good plus size section as well as decent guy’s section. I was able to find pieces I hadn’t seen online. I am really becoming a fan of their inexpensive pieces. A great way to get trendy pieces at a good price. I don’t feel old or frumpy and/or don’t dump my pocket book to afford their pieces.

My favorite Forever! I’ve always found this Forever 21 superior to other due to the selection and vast amount of accessories offered. Now that the store has been revamped, there are two floors connected by escalator and two sets of fitting rooms. The mens section has also been brought back, although it only comprises about 1⁄5 of the top floor. The best thing about this store is that it’s so much more organized and less cluttered than other Forevers. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and there were barely any items out of place or on the floor, falling off the hanger, etc. They have a pretty decent section of shoes, although they seemed cheap so I passed those up. Also, one of the dresses I saw on the mannequin that I asked an associate about was sold out or something– his answer wasn’t extremely clear but I just hate when that happens, especially because F21 has a strict policy of not taking things off the mannequins for customers. The staff was nice, one guy offered me a bag for my armful of items, when usually I am left to my own devices and not even greeted by staff. I really appreciate the change and will make the further trip to shop in this well stocked, organized store. The only downside is that in the fitting room upstairs, there is no big mirror in the common area, except for where you first enter– and that is blocked by the rack of «go backs». I like to be able to come out of my dressing room and view my potential purchases for a distance, as well as get my shopping companions opinions on my prospective purchases. That’s really my only suggestion for improving this store!
