I gave this place two stars last time, and Im back again… but not by choice. I think I could buy everything at woodmans and make my own tacos faster than this place.

Can always count on Taco Bell for their amazing baha blast mt dew! We drive in just to get that when we are craving it. Did you know that it was special formulated to taste amazing with Taco Bell food? Well at least that’s what I heard and I’m a believer. This particular Taco Bell seems to be quick and courteous. I don’t recall the last time they messed up my order which is always a plus.

Was hungry after a full day that concluded with a late night grocery shopping trip, so I decided to go for a «Fourth Meal» after weighing my paltry choices for a quick bite. This isn’t my first go round at this TB location, I used to work in the area. I’ve made many trips through this drive thru and there always seems to be four cars in line at all times. If I didn’t know better, I’d think this place was a used car lot. And as slow as they are, you’d think they’d be putting together your food carefully. But this go around, I order a seven layer burrito and they screw it up. The seven layers weren’t spread out, but instead were bunched up in separate spots of the burrito shell. This caused my last bite to be a straight up shot of guacamole and sour cream. Yuck. I don’t know what you people see in Doritos Tacos Locos. They don’t taste like Doritos or a taco. The last saving grace of this TB was that they had a Long John Silvers attached, but then they got rid of it. No more Frankensteining fish nachos or hush puppy tacos. Sad face. Spend your $ 10 and twenty minutes at an establishment that actually knows how to prepare food.

Worst service ever. Employee’s can’t seem to get their sh*t together to operate smooth and effective. We ordered something and waited a good 20 minutes for our food. With like 20 other people. Then they jack the order up too. The eating area was all messy too. All of this review, multiple times. I don’t recommend going here at all. Like ever. Never go here.

I visited this location at 7:30pm on 5÷16÷12. It was clear as soon as I entered that they were having staffing issues. Customers were complaining about missing items, etc. The girl trying to take orders at the cash register was working hard to make things right but she was getting no support from the manager and she was very frustrated. Service was very slow and most staff moving like molasses. As I watched an employee make my order it was clear he had no interest in being there. No sense of urgency, throwing food around and openly displaying extremely poor customer service. I watched him start to prepare my food but then needed to get more supplies and he left the prep counter with his gloves on and proceeded to gather supplies, open the large refrigerator door, etc all while in the same gloves. He then returned to stick those dirty gloves into the tomatoes, lettuce, etc. as he finished making my food!!! The manager was in no way«managing» anything. I did express my concerns to him regarding his«poor excuse for an employee» but I am confident that he did no follow up with this employee. WOW! And YUCK! Kim B.

I don’t really like Mexican, but my boyfriend’s an addict. So I have been here quite a few times for him. The employees are always happy. but the service is awfully slow. I have waited around fifteen minutes at times. There were a good amount of times too where everything was not in the bag, including sauce they had literally just asked me a few minutes beforehand if I had wanted it.

What an awful experience… We had a very simple order. 2 chili cheese burritos, a crunchwrap, a steak quesadilla, and a nacho cheese chalupa no tomatoes. When I got home, I found that they didn’t give me my quesadilla, the crunchwrap was burned, and the chalupa was hard as a rock and it had tomatoes! Whoever was working at 1am on Sunday morning, May 22 should be ashamed of themselves. This shouldn’t be that difficult people.

I’m usually not a fan of the dual-Yum! brand stores. They normally do neither chain justice. But this Taco Bell near my parent’s house ain’t bad. The service is super friendly! The management must be doing something right here. It’s a dual Bell/Long John Silvers, so part of the seating area is more Taco Bell decorated, and the other half has the tin roof-fishing feel. The middle part has dual steelwork with fish and bells, great job melding the two. The Taco Bell food is standard, save for the occasional crusty-edged tortilla on Sunday nights(when I’m usually here before heading back to Chicago).
