So far my only problem with this place is that they don’t know what a margherita pizza is! All I got was a slice of regular cheese pizza with tomato slices on top sprinkled with dried basil seasoning!!! Really? So disappointed because I was a regular at Bacci’s now I’m not sure if I want to order from here again…

The pizza is fine for what it is. Just a giant slice of pizza with pop for $ 5. Obviously a great deal, although not the best pizza around. Gave points for value and simplicity. If you want a slice as big as your head with a drink on a budget? Come here. Want a high quality slice? Find another joint

Not sure where to start. I was starving and excited to eat! I ordered from grubhub and the estimated delivery time was 2 hours. So I called and the hostess assured me that it would arrive much sooner. I was super pleased. I got my food in an hour. And then was extremely disappointed. I ordered eggplant parmigiana with a side salad. Buffalo fries and a side of spicy garlic. On grubhub it stated that the buffalo fries came with ranch sauce, which I did not receive along with the garlic sauce I paid extra for. But the most disturbing was that along with what I ordered I also got a separate container with a sausage in an inch of meat juice. The juice had leaked into my pasta. This is really gross to me because I don’t eat meat. I called the place back and the hostess wasn’t very helpful. She told me that they changed the menu and the buffalo fries no longer came with ranch. Apparently grubhub is out of the loop. She also informed me that there wasn’t a manager there, after telling her I didn’t believe her she told me that the manager was the delivery driver and that he would call me. After picking out the eggplant and having some soggy fries I specifically asked to be fried longer and crispy, the manager finally called me and said«do you still want the sauces?». The food is horrible, the service is horrible. Complete waste of money and time.

Only gave 2 stars due to past positive experiences. Pizza is usually pretty decent, not the best around but good. Normally good quick service and friendly staff, not today. Ordered 2 slices and 15 min later they said they were out of one of the two, I saw them both in the case when I ordered. No apologies were given, just a bs excuse. This place has gone downhill in the last few months.

Was super excited to order the jumbo pizza to feed my family of ten and everyone was disappointed. The wings smelled like they poured a bottle of vinegar. Not to mention the generic COLA that tasted like diluted coke. too much bread that everyone’s jaw was hurting. had to waste more money to feed my family. I want a refund on the pizza and my tip. Definitely taking my business to Waldo Cooneys down the street!

I’ve only had slices of pizza here. I used to be a frequent Bacci’s customer and was satisfied with the pizza. It was huge, like Bacci’s and I was in and out. No complaints. Good for a quick slice.

Extremely disappointed. My husband and I have moved into the neighborhood recently and wanted to check out some place new. We drive past this place all the time so we figured we should try it. I wish I hadn’t. The food was absolutely terrible. The slices looked disgusting. My husband said it was the worst pizza he’s ever had. I ordered a beef sandwich and definitely wished I hadn’t it was absolutely terrible. I will never be going to this place again.

Horrible!!! I ordered 2 ½ hours ago and I had to call three times to figure out what the heck happened to my food! I ordered online and the store called to said they were closing early and that they were transferring my order to another slice factory and it would be at my house within an hour. Worst customer service ever. I will never deal with them again. Food was cold and disgusting. My poor kids were so hungry waiting around for a crappy dinner. Oh and guess what they gave me 50% off! Are you kidding me!!! Oak Parkers beware of the shady slice factory!

I liked this place when it was Bacci. Now that it’s Slice Factory it sucks. each time I order, thinking to give them an other chance. I ordered on Sunday, earlier around 6 pm. although it came well before the hour promised time, the delivery person was rude and kept going to the wrong house, even though I kept calling to him. my soup was luke warm at best. my sandwich did NOT come on garlic bread as requested and was a cold glumpy mess of cheese. my loaded fries while warm, just had a big pile of cheese in the middle with a sprinkle of bacon and a wad of jalapenos. There were maybe 10 fries in the crushed up container, as was the container for the sandwich. Wish it had stayed Bacci. While they were rude as hell too, at least they cared about what they produced. I guess I will stay with Durbins from here on out.

Edited 7÷29÷14: The manager just called to personally apologize. I’ve added 2 stars to my review because that shows integrity. He apologized and have me his direct line to place my next order. I will be ordering again. 7÷27÷14 I placed an order online at 5:40. The website said delivery time was an hour. They called me at 6:40 to tell me that the cheesecake bites I ordered weren’t available anymore and could they give me an order of Nutella bites instead. I said sure. I called at 7:30 to find out where my order was. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes to find out that there wasn’t a manager or delivery driver on shift. I waited 2 hours for mediocre pizza. Don’t waste your taste buds on this. You’re better off making a frozen pizza.

This place is suffering from some serious identity crisis and family infighting, but that’s what family is for! This used to be bacci pizza with two c’s. They came from baci’s with one c. Then they recently got rid of that altogether and went with slice factory. On to the food. It’s still home of the giant slice with free pop. The slices are big, most normal people will be fine with one slice, which is $ 5. A hungry guy can finish two. Some can finish three and on. If you can do that, you should enter their pizza eating contest. One pizza slice size is about ¼ to 1⁄5 the size of a 16″ pizza, and is kinda New York-foldable style. The taste? Well, the sauce is kinda plain. The crust tastes a little too doughy/chewy. The cheese is salty. The fountain pop is generic. Even with all those mediocre traits, I keep coming back. I’m not sure if they put nicotine in the pizza, but I can’t stay away more than a couple weeks. It’s the best bad pizza around. I give it 2.5 stars, but I rounded up. The restaurant itself is pretty basic, place your order, take a seat. Dine in, carry out or they deliver. They just started online ordering, which gives a little discount. Nothing fancy, it’s in a strip mall. One word of caution, the pizza is made and then sits out under a heat lamp. If business is good that day, it’s usually not a problem. But on a slow, snowy Tuesday afternoon between the lunch and dinner rush, the slice might have been sitting out for a couple hours. They do place it back in the oven to reheat, but it’s not quite the same as oven fresh. I’ve never had anything other than the pizza. I say try it out, at $ 5 it’s a cheap lunch.
