I took my son here Wednesday evening around 3pm. It was barely anybody in there it was clean the older lady at the counter didn’t have a good attitude. The younger staff was nice though. The pizza was good. No drama. I suggest you bring your kids in the week day and bring them in the afternoon and early evening. Cause one of the employees confirmed about the teenagers and fights and police they have up there on the weekends. I had to ask after I read the multiple reviews about them. I’m confused as to why teenagers or anybody over 13 would want to hang out at chuck e cheese let alone go up there to fight. Why isn’t there an age restriction? At least I would never bring my child to chuck e cheese on weekend anyway to fricken crowded.

Avoid this location at all costs. Once again half of the Oak Lawn Police department were called to this location on 12÷5÷15. It’s bad enough that this location is in need of off duty police to control the safety of its customers. This is not a safe environment for families to take their children. The village of Oak Lawn needs to consider having this business closed for the safety of its residents. DONOTSUPPORTTHISLOCATION.

Went early on a Friday, about noon. Empty, clean, friendly staff. A little later, teenagers started coming in. Really? Wouldn’t think of chuck e cheese appealing to 15 – 17 year olds. I can see that being problematic later in the day. Management should enforce an age limit like malls do after 6pm.

Because this is a place for kids to have a great time to celebrate their birthdays. Is the reason why I’m giving this place stars. The workers try really hard to help you with every thing. The party area that we had in the reservation area was nice and right in front of the stage area. So my family and I was able to see the kids playing and dancing around. The food was good and hot. I did not order anything else but pizza. We had a very nice host her name was Camille she was 17 and she was really nice and did a great job with our kids. But I do have to say that this place now has security officers walking around. And I do understand I just don’t get the part that people just have there kids walking around all over the place unsupervised yelling and screaming. What is wrong with getting up and going with them it’s a party place for kids. We can relax when we get home because after you leave this place the kids our out for the night. So please when you come to this place help the staff of this place out please walk around with your kids. Have fun with them.

Its a good place when its not packed(so go when it barely opens.) I dnt like the fact that every kid there gets so hypered they start acting bad. I took my three year old and of course his father and I were with him the entire time. Buut there were older kids running around unsupervised almost knocking down my child. Staff ddnt seem to care even tho they have«safety policies.» Also, there arent many prices to choose from. Overall pizza was good and my child enjoyed himself.

I don’t know about the«gang bangers» that were mentioned. However the machines are always broke, they don’t refund, or even try to help you out. The staff is nice the manager could use a little bit more of friendlier and motivated attitude. Its just a poorly operated business.

I use to love coming here as a kid, but then they got rid of the ball pit. Then as I grew up I started to come here just to play the hunting game. But once again they did it again… They got rid of the hunting game. Haven’t been there since. On a side note, there fries are decently good.

I won’t bring my kids there it’s not safe. Full of gang bangers. It’s always in the news, if I shop at that plaza I park on the other side. I won’t even go to the Payless store next to it anymore. I am afraid of gunfire. It needs to be shut down, it attracts dangerous people.

Walked by this establishment at 630p today. 7 police vehicles, several individuals yelling profanity, some pushing police officers, saw an individual detained by police. Village of Oak Lawn please look into shutting this place down for the safety of the kids!

This place was pretty clean, the staff was really nice and they had a good selection of games to play. Our hostess for our party was nice, the manager came over and introduced himself which I really liked it made it seem more personable and that they really care. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to buy extra cups at a $ 1.98 each, I think that if you have a birthday party there you should get unlimited free cups. The table cloth did not look new but reused. The pizza wasn’t the best I had but it was good enough for me to eat 3 slices and our guest didn’t complain either. The ticket blaster that my nephew got in, he did not like it. He was in there jumping around screaming and crying begging to get out but you couldn’t open the door until the countdown stopped, my thing is, there should be an emergency button or something, what if a kid has asthma and has an attack and you can’t get to them in time, anything can happen in a matter of seconds. That’s one of the things I really didn’t like, it should be a saftery latch on that door or something. Overall, we had a wonderful time and my nephew enjoyed is birthday party. It would be nice if they had a little space for adults, like a seating area with some comfy couches and a tv.

Never will I ever lose the fact that I really am an overgrown five year old. So of course I will forever find this place amusing. It was a few weeks ago when a few friends of mine and myself were sitting around figuring out something to do. And for some reason, I jumped up and suggested this place. So for a few hours, we all indulged to the delights of our inner children. Skee ball, air hockey, and all kinds of carnival games. But I do have to admit, the pizza we had was hands down, the worst I have ever tasted. I would have been better off eating cardboard with tomato sauce.
