They should change this locations name to Hot-N-45 minutes OR Dry-N-Crusty. Drive thru will take ATLEAST20 minutes on a good day– I’ve spent up to 45 minutes waiting. That was the last time I ever gave this place my money. People are constantly leaving due to wait times and extremely rude staff that act like you’re such an inconvenience for wanting pizza. I really wonder if there’s a secret contest between the workers to see who can work the slowest and do the least amount of actual work, because they’re all pretty great at that. I will never be back. Even if I won the free pizza for a year, I would happily decline because it’s not worth the misery.

Very slow service. I once waited at the drive-thru for 12 minutes before anyone even greeted me. However, the food always comes out good– the pizzas are hot, but rarely ever ready.

My sister had another prego craving so I used the drive thru to pick up some pizza and breadsticks. The food was great and still warm when I got home despite the weather. Why I’m giving 3 stars is do to waiting over 20 min for a hot and ready and having to repeat my order four times to a very frazzled staff.

This is by far the closest I have ever lived to a pizza place. One usually just thinks of Hot and Ready when it comes to pondering about Little Caesar and basically that is what they offer; we have to accept that the glory days of Pizza, Pizza are over. The secret to making H&R delicious is one of two options: order it with added garlic butter and Parmesan(I think it’s only an extra dollar) or splurge and order the deep dish(for seven dollars). This particular location has already served me a perfectly prepared pizza. I give them bonus points for having a drive through though I wish that the drive through window was not as janky as it is. The staff has always been pleasant and very personable. The Little Caesar’s that was in Adrian where I went to college I swear only employed individuals who never smiled – getting a pizza shouldn’t be a tragic event. Little Caesar’s has probably had one of the best business comebacks ever. Hell, two years ago I was Little Caesar for Halloween(I called my costume Hot and Ready). I will continue to support their no frills concept as long as their pizza remains as good as it is prepared here. The only way I could imagine it being better would be if they let you substitute another topping for the pepperoni(I always order the cheese H&R). I haven’t inquired at this locale yet but I know that it used to be okay to do it at the Campbell store in RO until one fateful day.. . I wonder if it is connected to why that location closed? Another mystery for the ages.

This Little Caesar is the same as all the Tiny Kaisers in the area. You can get a decent pizza for not much money. The advantage of this one is that it’s in Outrageous Oak Park and it has a Drive-Thru.
