Cleanest nail salon in the Twin Cities, hands down. Lon and Li were wonderfully pleasant and did a great job. Good people who provide excellent service deserve recognition. I will be back!

After my second visit, I was as impressed as I was with my first! The staff is always very courteous and they do a wonderful job! Today I had a mani and pedi done — I was able to walk-​in with out an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Long was the person who helped me and he was very polite and attentive! I would definitely recommend requesting him to take care of you. I was in and out in an hour and every thing turned out great. I will be back :)

Today was my first time here with a friend. We had a Groupon and decided to check it out. I made us an appointment for 2:30, earlier in the morning. We arrive on time and state we had a 2:30 appointment. The place was pretty busy and the man who greeted us gave us a overwhelmed blank stare when we said we were there for our appointment. We proceed to pick out our colors and sit down. About 5 minutes after we had sat down, the man came up to us, asked us again what time our appointment was for and then said they would be within us in a little bit. By now, it was about 2:45 and I was getting a bit antsy. Another 5 minutes passes and we finally start with our pedicures. My friend got a regular pedi and I got the deluxe pedi. The pedi’s were good, but my friend thought they could spend a little longer scrubbing your feet. My deluxe pedi came with a few extra scrubs that they use in your legs. I thought it was nice that a regular pedi included a hot stone massage! We both got mani’s too; my friend got a regular and I got a shellac. Both mani’s turned out very nice. All in all they did a great job; I was a little put off by having to wait, even when I had an appointment, but I understand things happen. The prices in general were slightly more expensive then the other places I’ve been, but I was happy with my mani/​pedi. I would come back again, but most likely with a Groupon.

First time here had Groupon, made appointment and not enough employees to handle the business. They made too many appointments at the same time and had walk ins before our appointments. If they want to keep my business this has to change quickly. I am so far unimpressed. It is 10 minutes past my appointment time and they took others back first. Why make an appointment if they cannot take you at your time. I ended up walking out without receiving services. The man did not approach me to say they are running late or offer apologies until I had my coat on and was opening the door. Then he Sai why you leaving? I explained I had an appointment for 20 minutes ago. He said they had an employee who was very sick. Fine I get that, but when I make an appointment take my number to call me to tell me to reschedule. He then said the girl taking me was almost done I had things to do and no time to wait more. He then turned around and too the woman who walked in after me back for her pedicure. Seriously! My appointment was for a pedicure and mani. I will not be going back
