First Nails

Very conscientious of cleanliness. They created my own kit with everything they would use on me so there is no possibility of someone elses problems becoming mine. I recommend the husband for nails and the wife for pedicures, in my experience that has proven to be the best results. Always pleasant and friendly. When I want my nails done or a pedicure I go no where else, why mess with perfection?

I walked in to this nail salon looking for a mani/​pedi and a full set of gel nails. The two people working were completely clueless about what I wanted and why I wanted a manicure as well as a full set of nails. Keep in mind I used to get acrylic nails done for years.
Then when I asked what the difference is between acrylic powder and gel powder, such as if the gel nails last longer, he said he didn’t know, that some people wanted to pay more for the gel nails. He pointed to the customer sitting in the chair and said she’s a 15 year customer with acrylic nails. He even pulled out two containers that had the powder for the acrylic and gel nails, as though it was going to magically tell me something.
I said that doesn’t answer my question and if they can’t tell me the difference between them, nor the difference between getting a manicure versus a full set of nails, I didn’t want to do business with them and walked out.
It was a crazy experience and I would never do business with a company that knows nothing about the products or services they sell.
