I come to this place to get a cake with a special message for my in-laws Sunday dinner and the employee cannot spell or understand me. Being of Latin dissent and an employer of immigrants, I cannot understand why they would not have at least a manager 24⁄7 who can speak English. We live in America, land of opportunity no doubt, but the native language is English. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves but since Dunkin donuts is such a large organization, this independent franchisee gets away with murder! Would not surprise me if he is running a scandal such as the 7 – 11 group out in Long Island did with underpaying and housing illegals!

This place is always dirty. Not many high schoolers hang out here and when they do, it’s not a huge noise problem. The Q27 bus stop is right in front. There are two exits one on Springfield and the other on 64ave near the bathroom. It has many tables and chairs which is nice if only they were kept clean. The bananas for the ice cream aren’t ripe, they are green. Which I guess is better than having spoiled fruit hang out. However, many bugs fly around the restaurant anyways. They seem to only hire one race because they are independently owned. A new worker just started. The manager speaks understandable English but as for everyone else I’m not sure. However, they know the menu very well and make everything to the T. One of the lights in the ice cream machine is out which looks out of place. As for the products everything is pretty neat. I think they should hire more diversity in sex and race. Also a cleaning person to wipe down the tables and sweep the floor. I ordered a medium iced caramel latte. He put a lot of syrup in it and it just sat at the bottom which is okay because I can just stir it up and add more water but I shouldn’t have to if I’m spending almost $ 4 on it. It’s not a big issue for me though. More syrup is better than less. I also got a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. They were all out of strawberry and only had grape which is really common and they only put one little table spoon of jelly and a ton of cream cheese. I wish they could put more jelly especially if I’m paying 35¢ for it. Or at least have the jelly and cream cheese an equal ratio. I come back every few weeks, not the best DD but also not the worst.

Alright still no air conditioning. This is unfair to the workers and the customers. The food and the coffee were good. The workers are courteous, friendly and conversational. I have to believe that the management does not want to have the air conditioning fixed. Knock knock. Who’s there. Dunkin Donuts not listening to customers!

The A/C is not working here. The tables are filthy. The condiment area is a mess. There are bugs crawling. And very few donuts to choose from. What the hell!

This location is the worst. I live in the Oakland Gardens neighborhood and would rather burn the additional gas/energy to give another location my money. The staff are always rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They all need to be retrained in customer service 101. After filing TWO complaints with the DD Corporate Office — I’ve resolved to never step foot here again(even if it’s a short walk from home).

DD’s donuts are like. a last resort for me. At this point, I’ve eaten donuts from several other doughnut shops around the city. and I just don’t care for DD anymore. If there’s a snowstorm coming. I will go to DD to buy a dozen. or 2. and stock up for the storm. Otherwise, I’ll pass by this place without a 2nd thought. Only 2 things stand out to me at this location: 1) I like their ice cream 2) They have a bathroom that the public can actually use

This dunkin donut just has horrible service. They act like they don’t want to work there and their customer service was just horrible. If there was another dunkin donut by me I would go there instead.

I work very close to this branch and it’s seriously on my route to work so why haven’t I been there before. So I popped in the other day and the staff was super friendly and at tentative and talkative in a good way. They also made my drink pretty well so I was impressed. Super fast and friendly as I said. I think I’m going to have to stop in her from now on before work.

I love this Dunkin Donuts because they already know what I want so when I get to the cashier I just pay and they are very nice with you and quick. Sometimes there is a huge line and it is because they have new people there training but so far they make a really good coffee!

Eek Indeed! I stepped in here with my friend, and we wanted to grab breakfast. In and out was our plan. Little did we know, Dunkin Donuts had other plans for us. I ordered a box of munchkins, and the guy putting it together doesn’t even know how to put a box together. The bottom was all bent and was about to fall apart. I brought it to his attention and he was like«uhh. yeah I dont know what happened» Instead of giving me another box, he offers to give me a bag instead. So if it falls apart at least ill have it contained in a plastic bag. But watevers. like I mentioned we wanted to be in and out. There was a long line in front of us waiting for their orders. This shouldve been a sign for us not to order anything but my friend really wanted his wheat bagel with eggs. After waiting for 15 minutes!!! The group in front of us finally gets their order and by the look of their faces. they were not happy. They leave with their orders and my friend is still waiting for his bagel and eggs. 5 minutes later. one of the women comes back because DD forgets to give her cream cheese. She storms out P-O. So my friend reminds them of his order and of course the guy behind the counter goes«Ohh.» and says«Wheat bagel right?» Goes to the bagels and looks around and we watch him grab a Plain bagel… He puts the egg in the oven with the bagel and the whole thing is pretty much ruined. We took it and left. our In and out time Equals 30 Minutes and we got 2 Apple Ciders, a broken box of munchkins and an Effed up Bagel with Eggs. If all Dunkin Donuts ran like this. America’s gonna run OVER Dunkin. Avoid this spot.

I prefer this place over the one located at Bell Blvd. The workers at this spot seem to be more at ease with the customers. Real reason why I gave it four stars: may not be the cleanest place, but they have a bathroom. Public bathrooms are a rarity for Dunkin Donuts. Late night, one of the cashiers likes to play Hip-Hop or R&B.
