Do not, whatever you do, use this printer in Oakland. On my last print job, they charged me about 4 times as much as the exact same print job at another printer. To make things worse, when I asked to go over the invoice they became rude and aggressive. I specifically asked about certain charges that seemed to be the wrong quantities and other charges that weren’t what I asked for and they basically would not offer an explanation and told me I was wrong. They also printed on paper that was much larger than was needed, in order to charge me the higher price — waste of money and paper. My company will never be using any ARC locations again. I advise you to do the same.
