B & T 24 Hour Locksmith

I got home at 10:30 pm tonight, and I couldn’t get into my apartment. My key opened the top lock, but not the bottom one. I called B&T 24 Hour Locksmith, and he graciously helped me figure out how to solve the problem on my own. He could have just come out to my apartment and made a bunch of money off of me, but instead he chose to be a good person. Now I plan on using B&T any time I need a locksmith in the future; they’re honest, helpful, and professional. These traits are all too uncommon, which makes me feel extremely grateful for the help. Thank you!!!

Normally a review with a happy conclusion doesn’t begin «So the other day my condo was broken in to …». However this time it does. Because the result was discovering B+T 24 Hour Locksmiths.
After Unilocaling «keys and locksmiths», I chose B & T from all of the suggestions. I called and reached Brian who answered my questions, gave me a quote for the services I was inquiring about, and he offered to come out that evening (Friday) as he was concerned for my security. Since it was late in the day, I lived dangerously and opted for an appointment the next morning. We booked an arrival time between 11 & 12 noon and the next day at 11:20am I received a call letting me know they were indeed on their way and would arrive soon. Shortly thereafter a mobile locksmith van rolled up and I met Brian and his apprentice/​son Conan.
Professional and unquestionably knowledgeable they examined the work to be performed, confirmed the original estimate, and within minutes were hard at work removing locks, replacing tumblers and other «lock things», and making adjustments so my doors would function better than they had before (they had been temperamental and didn’t close easily).
Having re-​keyed all the locks to work with one key (yay! easy for me and my key ring), they cut multiple good-​quality duplicates, and even offered suggestions for security around my home. Brian pointed out several «invitations to burglarize» I had in plain view (I’m pretty smart but these escaped me), suggested improvements I could make for fire safety, and made fast friends with my Chihuahua who thinks she’s a Pit Bull.
Within 45 minutes all of the work was completed, we checked that everything was to my satisfaction and they wrote up an invoice that was exactly as quoted and extremely reasonable for all the work performed.
Aside from such quality work and great customer service both of these gentlemen were so pleasant and professional that I enjoyed having them in my home «for a visit»! B+T 24 Hour Locksmiths are who you want to call if you lock yourself out, lose your keys, or want to change your locks after a recent home-​invasion.

Brain showed up at my house on a Sunday and rekeyed my locks in an hour. He is pleasant and has a mobile office. His cell is 510 5 085 612. Turns out that Valentines Day is the busiest day for locksmiths for women keeping men away. This wasn’t Valentines Day, but I like that tidbit.
