Bay Style Events

I cannot recommend using Ocea and Bay Style Events ENOUGH… she is truly amazing. We hosted an 80+ person baby shower in my backyard for my daughter. It was a BEAUTIFUL event. Working with Ocea was a delight. I would get updates every week and I never had to worry about a thing. They day of the shower she was tireless, charming and on top of every detail. She has great taste and instincts. I have never hosted a party that went so smoothly… BRAVO and thank you OCEA !

I had such a good experience working with Bay Style Events to put on my dream wedding. We shopped around for awhile before we decided to go with them, and they were by far the best fit for both our budget and our expectations. Our planner, Osha (sp?), made everything so easy on us, even when it came to handling last-​minute ‘surprises,’ like inclement weather and uncooperative guests. I was especially grateful for her trouble-​shooting skills when it came to making our event environmentally low-​impact, which took some ingenuity at our remote outdoor location. My husband worked for many years as a sustainability consultant, so I knew he was going to have ridiculously high standards in that respect, and Osha more than surpassed our expectations! What stood out to me most about my experience with Bay Style Events versus the other planning firms we talked to was Osha’s ability to bring really strong, relevant ideas to the table while still making me feel like my creative vision was her highest priority. A lot of planners seemed to kind of come in with preconceived ideas and rigid formulas about how to make it happen, but she was very open-​minded and resourceful about making sure that our wedding reflected exactly the look and the feeling that we wanted. All-​around, Bay Style Events was a great experience for us, I highly recommend them!

Ocea from Bay Style Events was a fantastic asset to my wedding! She is professional and Organized. She designed our floral arrangements, tables, and lighting all of which came out beautifully. She has a great eye for design and is very easy to work with.
When the Caterer and bar tender (who I had hired) showed up an hour late Ocea took charge, calming my frazzled nerves, made the necessary calls, and even set up the bar and provided beverages for our thirsty guests! She definitely kept her cool and compassionately helped me through a mini freak out.
I highly recommend using Bay Style Events for your next event!
