The only statement that I can use to describe Hil’s Cooking is, «YOU CAN TASTE THE LOVE»!!! I was fortunate enough to be introduced to her culinary delights during her «Pop-Up» at a watering hole that I frequent and I have been a fan ever since. Her food is an experience! My most favorite being a spicy pork meatball sandwich with aoili and roasted nectarines on a roll. Damn, that thing was delicious! I hope she puts it back into her rotation.

Hil’s cooking has the best sliders over at Room 389 in Oakland, CA. She cooks up sliders and other cool sandwiches during the trivia night on Weds. Its a pop-up soooo she’s not there every weds. Chance your luck and hope you get your paws on some before she sells out.
