Jim Koniuto is great! He is extremely knowledgable, competent, reliable, prompt, and goes way above and beyond the call of duty.
I recently had a popcorn ceiling removed incorrectly and called Jim Koniuto to do an air test. He was able to come relatively quickly and gave me a full written report only a day after his visit. As I suspected my condo did not meet acceptable living standards and failed the test.
I then hired an environmental company to clean up the mess, but unfortunately I wasn’t too happy with their work either. They told me that my condo had passed their air test, but I found that hard to believe since their was still a lot of visible debris that they had left behind, so I decided to call Jim Koniuto once again.
I really needed to get moved in and wanted my place to pass the test, so he brought over some equipment and even vacuumed some of the places they missed before he administered another test.
My experience with Jim was extremely positive and I highly recommend him!

Jim helped us when we were in a tight spot, and was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
We had about 850 sqft of acoustical ceiling removed, and the original asbestos consultant company that was supposed to do the clearance sampling kept canceling on us day after day.
I called Jim instead. He came on the SAME day, and was able to collect the sample in an hour. He then rushed our order over to the lab, put it on 6 hour rush, and delivered the results next morning. Yay!
In general we found him extremely knowledgeable. He was able to point out mistakes that our asbestos abatement contractor made, as well as how to deal with said problems.
