Concord, CA
Smack dab in the middle of Mandela Parkway is the beautiful median Park. What used to by the Cypress Freeway is now a nicely landscaped walk way that easily connects West Oakland to the beginning of Emeryville area. It is not uncommon to see dog parents walking their dogs or friends jogging together. Mandela Parkway is definitely a community Hub and my favorite place to enjoy Oaklands sunny weather.
