Mario’s Towing

I cannot give a single star to Mario’s Towing. We attended Bill Cosby at the Paramount on Saturday, April 12. We parked at an open lot for $ 10 just around the corner at 20^th and Telegraph. When we came out to leave, we were parked in. The lot attendants said that the car had been driven on to the lot and the owner left without paying. We told them to call their registered tow company listed on the sign: Mario’s Towing. They said they had, but nobody answered! I called as well and the message said «This voicemail has not been set up.» GREAT! How is this possible when Mario’s is the registered tow company for this lot?
I would NEVER recommend Mario’s to ANYONE! God help anyone who had an emergency, needed a tow, and called Mario’s (we called the number posted on their signs!!)… they would still be waiting!
The owners of Mario’s need to learn how to run a business. Actually, I don’t see how they can be in business for long with an inoperable business phone number!
