Absolutely the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. McDonald’s recent tv commercials advertises their McPick 2 for $ 2.00. This location charges $ 2.50 for their McPick 2. They limit fountain drinks to ONE refill per customer per visit. Plus, when I picked up my take-​out order, napkins were not included in the bag.

I like this Mcdonalds location most of the time, but some days I can’t stand being here. On good days, this place is great; the staff is courteous, the lobby/​restrooms are clean, and the food is decent (Warm/​Fresh To Order). On the other hand, bad days here are ridiculous; the staff is rude as S***, the lobby/​restrooms are filthy (Trash on tables and used seat covers and toilet paper on bathroom floors), and the food is old and stale. If you come here, try to avoid weekends and mid afternoons when school let’s out (Bunch of loitering kids and begging hobos).

Counterperson hardly acknowledges she is ready for next customer; she mutters/​mumbles «next» and makes no eye contact, i.e., looks at other things as if engaged with those other things sending the message that she isn’t ready. Counterperson should say «Next» clearly and with sufficient volume as to be heard by all waiting, and she should scan to recognize the next customer and maintain eye contact with them as they approach the counter. It’s an act of lazy irresponsibility expressing a disdain for the job and customer that communicates, «I’m so much cooler than to be on this level of serving you.»

The first time I went here, everything was fine. But after Thursday, I don’t think I will return again. Bought a take out burger and as I was eating it, I found hair in it. That was so disguising! These people really needs to wear hairnets or something.

I love this McDonalds. There employees are so nice and welcoming. They have a quick pase and get my order through fast. Breakfast lunch or dinner. I just wish they can remodel there interrior because its getting old the purple isnt that great anymore or the seats. Some of the newest locations are so nice a brown color better seats. I have been comming to this location for years basically my whole life ! 18 years going on to 19. My aunt and her kids then my uncle and his boy. We would come eat breakfast or even go get a drink and just sit. No one ever bothers us unles a random homeless man ask to help them out wich I dont mind. I love this place! I hope it never closes just a good remodeling oh and some sun cutains when the sun really hits while I am eatting wich is uncomfortable. P. s if any macdonalds needs remodeling is seriously this one look at the one next to the home depot and 24hr gym that one is nice: D

This McDonalds is one of the worst McDonalds ever. Workers here catch an attitude because I wanted «HOT» fries instead of the cold fries they have sitting out in the light for God knows how long. Some workers here are very immature and childish. Alaso, I’ve notice that no one really keep the place clean. This McDonalds need new management, manager seems to want to be young again and gossip and act childish like some of the workers.

there’s some supersized latinas serving fast food and drinks here. one was quick with my iced coffee. after taking a cup, she squirts 4 shots of cream? then adds the coffee. at first, it tasted pretty good. then i got to wondering about decades ago when my grandpa brought me to fisherman’s wharf in s.f. to visit a family friend at his seafood restaurant.
i asked uncle joe: «why are you using the same coffee grounds to make coffee instead of using new ones?»
uncle joe: «they’re tourists. they’re not coming back».
big d’s gourmet coffeee sure can bring back memories. i don’t think they make it the same way thou.
entrée: iced coffee (1.89, 2.09) choice of regular, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut or caramel.
pros
–seems cheap
–taste like an overpriced caffein soft drink
cons
–cream and other flavors cover up the taste of the coffee which may be a little bitter at the least
–no wakeup effect from the coffee (no buzz). i still felt sleepy, groggy.
