Just like any other Mac Donald’s, and my fries were fresh and hot so I can’t complain

Terrible. They charged me for a sauce and did not even give me the right sauce. Not clean at all, there hospitality is horrible and I had to wait forever for my nuggets. And the fries were cold and soggy.

The people here are sweet.
If you come here expecting in n out, then you’re going to have a terrible experience.
Think about the location and then write your review. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and as a broke college student, I’m here a lot.
The pan handlers are everywhere. Not just here. (Honestly, the same guy is everywhere I go hahaha)
Besides that, this place is pretty great. Friendly service, too.
If you treat anyone like they’re less than because they have an apron on, then it’s you with the problem. East Oakland in crazy but you don’t have to treat everyone in the city like they’re good for nothing or up to no good.

I wouldn’t suggest dining at the restaurant. There is constantly vagrants and spill over from the police station here. The drive through is surprisingly efficient if you aren’t being harassed for change. Probably been here a half dozen times and have always been greeted by panhandlers. Food is consistent of most other McDonalds

it’s been awhile since coming to this mcDonald’s. wasn’t that memorable,. service here fails/​bails compared to others. panhandlers don’t add anything to the dining

All the workers seem to be doing they’re job right. Except this lady. She’s at the cashier taking my order. Then all of a sudden walks to kitchen to do my order. With out washing her hands. I confronted her. And she denied it.
Eeeww I thru that thing away.

This McDonald’s has to be the MOST rachet out of all the ones in Oakland. I went there recently, and boy do I regret it. The little boy that took my order sounded like he didn’t want to be there (Even had a little attitude when giving me my change back) The girl (stud) at the 2^nd window handed me the bag of food like she done seen a ghost. she had an ugly smirk on her face too. I wanted to ask for an autograph being that she looked exactly like Precious Jones.
I will definitely not be going back to this location EVER and will tell everyone I know how rachet this location is.

I found nothing wrong with my experience… Just seemed like a typical McDonald’s dining experience to me.

Just drove thru McDonald’s on Hegenberger and ordered a Honey Mustard Snack Wrap. Got back to the office and it wasn’t honey mustard :-(If you don’t have Honey Mustard just say so, k???

Ok, I’m not supposed to go here –don’t tell my coach. But now that I came, I will never ever EVER come again. Here’s my story.
I was on my way to UPS when I was reminiscing about the old school McDonald’s commercials.
So I go inside (because i kinda like seeing the places inside if I have nt been instead of buying drive through… and HOW I SHOULDNT HAVE WALKED INSIDE! There was a guy asking for dimes INSIDE the restaurant. I dont know if he was asking for dime bags (Mary Janes) or dimes like Lincolns coins but whatever it was I tried to ignore him… but he was sitting right near the soda fountain dispenser. As I was making my way to the counter I had to dodge flies (not mosquitoes) but these flies were morphed into something weird… it was like little chihuahuas with wings… these were the healthies looking flies that I’ve ever seen… and I’ve been all over the world. Anyhow so I order my food from someone who clearly had better things to do than order my food. Food was average but this place was NASTY! Never again McyD… should have listened to Super size me…

U’d think all McMochas should taste the same regardless of location? U’d think managers know how to handle a happy & not happy customer? Well, not the McDonald’s location off of Hegenberger in Oakland. My 6^th FTR, my 95^th Review, & unfortunately my 1^st 1-​star Review =(
LOCATION: Just East of Hwy 880 (exit Hegenberger) by Oakland Coliseum. Inside shopping center w/​Pak N Save, Midas, & Taco Bell… just past Arco Gas Station & Chubby Freeze burger spot. Plenty of parking in shared lot.
RESTAURANT: Good upkeep to keep Ronald McDonald proud. Large, spacious, & clean.
CUST SVC: Went through drive-​thru Sun 9÷20÷09 just after 11am… friendly service all around here & got 3 stars… but my disappoint starts when I reach my destination.
DRINKS: I ordered 2 small hot McMochas. Getting to my destination & not tasting the drinks yet, gave my sis her McMocha while I said messed around in her room. Sis says, «This doesn’t taste good sis. Ew, it’s not sweet or anything». I taste my McMocha… taste like standard coffee, not an expresso drink at all. Really upset/​disappointed & now they’ve lost 1 star.
MANAGER CUST SVC: Let’s begin with, I love my sister! She sees how disappointed/​pissed I am that our flippin’ McMochas weren’t prepared correctly so she called this location up immediately & asked for mgr. Gent gets on the ph saying «Yeah, I remember that order. I made it myself». Then my sis, «Well do you make it differently or your way or something ‘cuz Castro Valley, Alameda, & Walnut Creek taste nothing like this? Our McMochas taste like standard coffee & not like an espresso at all.» Mgr says he made it the way it’s suppose to be made, my sis reinforces her statement, then mgr hung up in her face. Sis called back, someone picked up ph, then hung up. Sis called back again, they’re not picking up the ph now.
BITTER TASTE: We took our McMochas, I drove back to McDonald’s, sis threw both McMochas on door entrance, then we rolled out. Come on now folks… just in our head! Sis was ready to go back McD & speak w/​Mgr face-​2-​face, but I didn’t feel like it & wanted to get on w/​our day. Final taste tho, the mgr could’ve maintained 2-​star rating, heak could’ve acted like a mgr in various ways & gained more stars, but since he was as a$$hole & lost a star, «I’m NOT Lovin’ it».
