I had color done by Tara and it didn’t turn out like I wanted it too (way too brassy). When I got in touch with her about fixing it, she never got back to me. Really unprofessional in my opinion. I ended up having to go to another salon and fork out another $ 80 just to fix it.

I went to Tara once, and my hair turned out satisfactorily. So I attempted to see her again, with a groupon deal. I had a hard time reaching her, and after a lot of back and forth, she informed me that she would not honor my groupon after the expiration date, even though the groupon explicitly stated that I only needed to make the appointment before the expiration. Luckily, groupon refunded me and when another groupon came up up for Tara immediately, I tried again. I should have known better. This time she told me that the group on was for first-​time customers only. I read the group on and it said nothing about it. She did not reply to my comments, even when I told her that I would post a review if she did not respond.
I find her attitude towards customers extremely unprofessional and downright rude. If she is not going to honor a groupon because of some conflict with them, it needs to be explained with some care. Otherwise, it feels like the customer is getting jerked around, which is what happened. This is not the way to run a business. I will NEVER go to her again, and recommend that others stay away as well.

Got my hair cut and highlighted by Tara today. She was very cordial and an easy conversationalist. I also liked the fact that she didn’t push product. As others have mentioned, she’s running a pretty awesome special throughout the year, so check it out!

Tara did a great job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and took into account my usual styling routine and my previous highlighting history. My ombré and cut turned out great. Even though my hair was previously colored, she made it feel very silky and healthy. I would definitely recommend her for a great cut and ombré highlights!

Found Tara first on Groupon then here on Unilocal.We had a great phone convo followed by a thorough consult in person. She listened to my thoughts about cut and color and looked at the pics I had collected of examples of what I wanted to achieve. Tara hit it spot on! I am so very happy with my new hair! It’s always a little uneasy working w/​someone new when it comes to something so personal like your hair. After my first visit I trust her fully! Great execution! I wanted a shoulder length cut (about 3 true inches shorter) and a brighter, fresh blonde highlight with dimension. It’s perfect! Thanks Tara!

Got here 20 mins early because I was unsure of the location. It’s basically a whole in the wall with street parking. Sarah then told me it would take about 2 hrs which is bad because you can only park on the st for 2 hours. Then I had to wait about 30 more mins to actually sit down and get my hair done because she had another client. I decided to go with violet which I have been trying out for awhile but never could get my hair the violet shade I wanted. But Sarah did an excellent job! I was very happy w the color I got.

Was skeptical at first when I bought the groupon deal because of the lack of reviews on here but… Just enjoyed a day of my new haircut and ombré and I must say… I love it! :) will definitely work with Tara again! No need going to Oxenrose, Alcheme and other high priced salons. ;)

Shout out to my girl Tara. I don’t know what I would do without her magic. My roots looked like I invented the ombré but I went to long without her. It’s been a year since I started going to her and I won’t go to anyone else. She does a great job for a great price and her new location is cute! A++++, go here and thank me later for your hair looking like your pinterest board! ps: Google her and you can get half off cuts the first year! BOOM

Tara rocked it. As someone who has gone from hairdresser to hairdresser in the area, I’m really excited about finding her. Tara was able to add me into her very booked day, for an incredible price, and did a really good job. It was an all around enjoyable experience resulting in a new doo that I love. She’s also new to Piedmont and is offering a mindblowing new costumer special.

Tara Cordisco at the salon did my hair, and I’m very pleased with the results. She takes her time with the cut to make sure customers get what they want. She did a fabulous job with my highlights. And I appreciated her professionalism when we ran into a snafu with scheduling. She’s great! And she’s running a special for new customers.
