I trained with Nick for two months, and from the very start he was attentive and supportive. My goals were to mix up my workout routine and gain overall strength, but I was recovering from an IT band injury. Nick created a training plan that challenged me but also focused on proper technique so that I could actively recover from my injury. When he noticed that I have scoliosis, which I had forgotten to mention to him, he immediately changed some of the exercises so that they wouldn’t exacerbate the condition. He was also really good about being available via email or text to answer questions I had between sessions. If you’re looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Nick!

I had several training sessions with Nick and he tailors the workout to your specific needs and goals. I told him I had upper back soreness/pain and he showed me new stretching techniques that I still use to this day. I know how to alleviate and manage my back pain now thanks to Nick! He’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of exercise and flexible in scheduling. I was a little hesitant signing up for a personal training package at first, but it was definitely worth it!
