My MIL had this system for several years and had cause to use it twice. Both times the phone response was instantaneous and they called our home to alert us too. They coordinated response with her living community EMTs and our family.
With the Vital Link system my MIL felt secure living on her own… and we appreciated their professional and compassionate responses! When mom moved into an assisted living facility it was even super easy to close the account.

Vital Link greatly assisted our family over the past several years. Our elderly mother insisted on living in her own home but she was susceptible to falls and was hundreds of miles from any family. Vital Link was essential to her independence! Her account was set up so that when she had cause to use her Vital Link alarm, she was immediately called to see what type of assistance she required. In addition, I would also be called so that I was aware she had fallen. The equipment is easy to use and she never had any problems with it.
She recently passed away and the staff at Vitalink were not only compassionate but they also handled the closing of her account in a sensitive and professional manner. Thank you Vital Link!

Vital-​Link technicians come over right away! I was having a problem with my computer modem — the ISP said that I needed to install a phone filter due to a medical device (Vital-​Link) having been installed. Vital-​Link came over just a few hours after I called them to ask for the repair! GREAT service!

My Grandmother has leased the Vital Link unit for the past 15 years. She has the voice unit and water proof pendant. She used the unit at her home in Kentucky, an assisted living facility, and now she lives here in Berkeley. All still on her own and independent thanks to this system. She has not had any problems with the unit. These systems are very user friendly and simple to test. I highly recommend Vital Link !

This company is absolutely the best choice for this kind of service. If anyone you love has trouble with falling down or needing help and not being able to reach it, this is your answer. The staff are all wonderful and knowledgeable. The price can’t be beat and the response time is instant. My mother has used hers a few times and, since she was conscious, they would even call me to ask if I would like to go take care of her myself or if I would like to call an ambulance (I only work a couple of blocks away, so I could get there quickly). I have rarely had such a good experience with any service company. Thank you Vital Link!

Great company, great customer service. Took great care of my 93 year old mother. She fell outside once, pressed the necklace alarm, the person monitoring could not hear her (unit was in the bedroom) and they sent the fire dept out to investigate. Called me immediately (I was 90 miles away.) Then did several follow up calls to check on my mom and evaluate the service. A local company in the Bay Area. Well worth supporting.
